Firstly Wazwan is made of sheep meat not goat. Secondly there's no onion no garlic no mirch powder in wazwan, Kashmiri onion ( pran ) is used with Kashmiri chilly concentrate. Thirdly the raddish used in chutney is Kashmiri red raddish. Fourth every dish of wazwan is made from a different body part of sheep. Like Tabakmaaz is made from ribs. Fifth the meat of sheep is hand beaten with walnut mallet by Kashmiri co chefs known as wasta waza to make a keema for these kebabs, rista n goshtabas. Sixth this cuisine is prepapred differently by pandits n muslims in Kashmir. Seventh and important Kashmiri trout fish is the main delicacy there. He should have shown that also. He's just looks like a modern food promoter, who promotes food outlets and calls everything rogan. He should be sharing history of dishes and stories behind recipes.

Local traditions too, maybe voice over some scenes you can film where you aren't eating but speaking about the local area, almost like a food travel vlogger.
