Shakur is a very smart young man and he gives a great interview. He's always on point when answering questions and I learn when listening to him. He's the future of boxing.
He and Bud are the cream of their divisions right now. With Shak it's less proven but I have him beating everyone at 135. I see if for Ennis too maybe as far as 160, but he isn't there yet. As far as future of boxing I agree depending on exactly what is meant. In terms of potential to one day be *the* face of boxing in the way Tank or Canelo is now, I agree. Some of that is circumstantial and comes down to raw marketability and "it" factor. E.g. Inoue, great as he is, will never be *the* face and will remain one for the purists. It's a lot of things - language barrier, demeanor, the lesser glamour status of lighter divisions, even persisting Asian stereotypes in the West. But I do think Shakur has it.

For Shakur to have an all-time great 2X undisputed champion to learn from and get tutelage from is just spectacular for his career. Bud's one of the best to ever do it. It's great to see how close they are and that Crawford team is special. Looking forward to see what Shakur does in the future and also Keyshawn Davis as well.

Buds timing was crazy during the fight its like after the 3rd round, he knew the exact moment errol was about to throw and he timed it perfectly and used his speed to beat him to the punch and errol is no push over he gave mayweather good work when they sparred so that says alot

Are u just a Bud hater, both Bud and Errol are 2 of my favorite active fighters so for me it was may the best fighter win, with respect to both regardless of who won or lost, boxing won wit that fight. And u talkin like u was in floyd's gym and seen the sparring session. Everyone heard it from the horse's mouth moneymay himself said errol gave him a hell of a sparring session. Errol had a bad night in the ring on Saturday but he still a hell of a fighter who just beat 3 champs back to back to back b4 Saturdays fight, and that just shows Bud's greatness, And one more thing Pacquiao ducked Bud, but accepted to fight Errol before the injury got Ugas as a replacement for that fight.

I immediately knew why bud had shakur in there: 1. Distance 2. Issue spotting He wasn't sure, how hard EJ hit so he wanted to ready to fight to have his distance acquisition down pact. Yall know how Bud usually get cracked early in fights? It's usually because he either gets his distance wrong or is trying to get it established. Against EJ, he used the first round to get the distance down and the timing. He also wanted shakur to test his defense and to see if he was making any routine flaws. That's why his defense was so top notch inside and outside, he was sharp from working out the kinks. I fw their relationship. They think and speak so highly of one another. Crazy that they didn't even grow up together.

The crazy part is after the fight all the Spence fans are saying he didn't look the same, which is proof that they don't pay attention to boxing really. Errol was exactly the same as when he fought Ugas. If you watch that fight, Spence was getting hit a lot and open for counters, but the big difference was that Ugas is not as powerful or skilled as Bud. A lot of opportunities was there for Ugas, but he wasn't as fast as Bud either. They stayed in the pocket for the majority of the fight. Even so, if Ugas had as much power as Bud, some of those shots he hit Spence with would of hurt him worse. Spence just had more power than Ugas. Bud proved he's levels above...and the Spence fans making excuses can't accept it

Shakur made the absolute best summation of Bud when he said "my brain hurt." I am an avid fan of chess. When I saw Bud engage Usyk in a game of chess, I knew right then and there why Bud was pfp#1. Boxing is a thinking man's game. In chess, it is easy to style on someone who isn't on your level. However, THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE ON YOUR LEVEL OR HIGHER...and they can make your brain hurt with their very first move. You know what you are dealing with by which piece they move first. I immediately knew why bud had shakur in there:
1. Distance
2. Issue spotting
He wasn't sure, how hard EJ hit so he wanted to ready to fight to have his distance acquisition down pact. Yall know how Bud usually get cracked early in fights? It's usually because he either gets his distance wrong or is trying to get it established.
Against EJ, he used the first round to get the distance down and the timing.
He also wanted shakur to test his defense and to see if he was making any routine flaws.
That's why his defense was so top notch inside and outside, he was sharp from working out the kinks.

When i saw Crawford in the first two rounds i saw so much of Shakur and it all started to make sense. The crazy part is after the fight all the Spence fans are saying he didn't look the same, which is proof that they don't pay attention to boxing really. Errol was exactly the same as when he fought Ugas. If you watch that fight, Spence was getting hit a lot and open for counters, but the big difference was that Ugas is not as powerful or skilled as Bud. A lot of opportunities was there for Ugas, but he wasn't as fast as Bud either. They stayed in the pocket for the majority of the fight. Even so, if Ugas had as much power as Bud, some of those shots he hit Spence with would of hurt him worse. Spence just had more power than Ugas. Bud proved he's levels above...and the Spence fans making excuses can't accept it

Shakur made the absolute best summation of Bud when he said "my brain hurt." I am an avid fan of chess. When I saw Bud engage Usyk in a game of chess, I knew right then and there why Bud was pfp#1. Boxing is a thinking man's game. In chess, it is easy to style on someone who isn't on your level.
