Normally, for a rematch to have sense after such a one sided beating, the loser needs to show if he can be better and it will take time. We waited for 5 years and a half for the first fight, so we are able to wait for another 18 months or so, if it's still relevant at that point.

He danced around it a little more, but bearing in mind trauma that Errol’s brain has taken in his life, that was a retirement beating he took. Needs to stop. The keen ability to create distance. The cerebral aptitude to "download data", analyze it and use it against his opponents. Multifaceted combinations from different angles. I completely agree about the resting. It is one of the most important things in any kind of training. As a guy who works with weights and calisthenics etc in the gym I used to overtrain 6 days a week 2 hours a day hard and I would always be sore and didn’t make the gains I should have. Once I got down to a low body fat and was ripped and in shape I would train like 3 days a week for an hour and then stretch for like 20 minutes and would rest and eat clean 4 days out of the week and I saw a huge improvement in my performance and my results. It blew my mind. But sometimes less is more. And it’s hard to do cause you wanna grind and go hard
