In that second accident she didn't have airbags, that could explain the momentary confusion but doesn't excuse the hit and run activity earlier. I'm thinking pills. Her voice and blank stare remind me of my times on ambien and/or benzos. I'd be heavily intoxicated (never drove of course) but I never slurred my words.

@@MobileDecay I thought about the possibility of that, but with how confused she was, I wouldn't think she'd be able to drive at such high speeds for how long she did. Also, her airbags were already deployed from the first crash meaning that she was unprotected during the second one, so the odds are much higher that it happened during the second crash. However, that's just what I gathered from what I could see, it doesn't 100 prove what I thought. You could still very well be right, I guess we might never know for sure.

She allegedly had some sort of medical issue beforehand and they didn’t find evidence of drugs as an influence. The last thing I could find is that an investigation was happening. Not sure if it still is, or if charges were ever pressed.

She knew to pull over and stop driving hence why that's her exact answer when he asked why she kept driving "I didn't keep driving" she was capable enough to lie about her crime that was recorded so she would of been more then capable enough to know she wasn't able to drive and to pull over. Especially AFTER the first accident. She caused 2 accidents by being fucked up and trying to flee from an accident that she probably caused. What a trip. Good footage though, Should be used as pretty good evidence in court.

BBG The reporting on the video seemed professionally done even though all the guy had was probably a smartphone camera. He knew what to do without interfering with any of the action. Him being a reporter explained why this video was shot so well, hence the reason for caring about op’s comment.
This whole thing sucks but the hit and run driver definitely took the worst beating. I was cracking up at the car panel falling off and that huge lump on her forehead. Kudos to the guy filming and to people that still care about their fellow man.
