That cardigan and shirt combo needs a VAR check urgently
😂😂😂
I bet he wears sock suspenders
Even VAR knows that's a clear and obvious error

Can't beat a cardigan
Simon making out Lopetegui is some sort of rogue manager yet he’s a fan of Neil Warnock and Jose Mourinho. He talks in absolute riddles sometimes.
‘Put out a statement saying exactly what they said’ Jim is the king of waffle.
But he says it with such great confidence.
That's literally all he does, has never provided any insight or something you hadn't already thought of, just always stating the media obvious
Without jim east ham fans would hear nothing. He has a soft spot for east ham so he mentions them a good bit. Jim's a legend of a presenter, don't hate! Appreciate 👍
@@leebegz4658 I don't hate the guy or anything I just don't think he adds much except from repeating generic media trope, but each to their own mate👍
16 points out of 51 potential points is relegation form 😅 and people are saying West Ham fans are ungrateful 😂
nother 5games and west ham wouldhave been in a relagation battle
@@djelalniyazi4090 you're joking, right? As a Forest fan, I'm not sure we'd catch West Ham if we had another 38 games and there are 3 teams even worse than us
4 wins in the last 23 all competitions. Talksport were hyping up Moyes all season. Their opinion is irrelevant.
he should be applauded out if there tho, one of th e most successful periods in history
What a manager he's been for West Ham. Finishing 6th, 7th and a trophy. A hard act to follow for this spanish guy.
As mentioned before they just stayed up when he took over then guided them to top half finishes and a trophy. It's not like West ham have any world class players
@@mu6qyget moyes to Man Utd. What are they waiting for? He did "well" at Everton and then got a chance at Man Utd. Now he, again, did "well" at West Ham. Time for another stint at Man Utd it would seem. It's only logical.
@@mu6qy Love how you fail to mention the league position last season and this season because you know the team has been utterly dire under him.
Why is it you think West Ham fans wanted Pelligrini? Not sure I remember even one West Ham fan I know saying that's who they wanted. Likewise with this bloke, not sure I have heard anyone that wants him. Why is it that you direct your anger at the fans who just want a bit of entertainment (not necessarily a top 4 finish which you think we all desperately do) for moaning at Moyes when the manager that Sullivan employs (who we also don't really want) fails? Should you not be asking why the board aren't employing a manager which fits with our clubs fanbase/traditions?
Sullivan has always done it with managers and the few times he has input in the transfer market (under Allardyce, a bit under Moyes) he will sign the biggest name available in his budget regardless whether they fit in to the team, style of play or even want to play for the club or not.
Don't forget he also only signs managers not already in a job so he doesn't have to pay compensation 🙄
Same pair who said that the conference league was a mickey mouse cup now its a great achievement
Yeah bunch of hypocrites and Liars
I disagree with Simon on the point of the send off for Moyes. I wanted Moyes out due to the football style and results in the league for the last 2 years but I'll still give him a good send off because he's given us some great moments and overall has achieved more than we expected from him. You can be grateful to him and still want someone new, not everything is black and white
Your haircut is, terrible in both ways gagah
Best comment. I hope they don’t boo moyes at the last game
To be fair moyes accomplished everything he could achieve there. where does he go next
These 2 clowns will be absolutely gutted that we gave Moyes a decent send off.
@@nadeemamodewell let's wait and see how many clubs fight it out for Moyes signature. After all, according to these pundits, he's a top class manager.

Biggest Joke in England
So 20 league defeats last season, 14 clean sheets in the last 74 league games, 70 league goals conceded this season (joint worst in club history and 2 games still to play) 3 wins in 2024, 2nd oldest squad, Flogs the same 13 players all seaon, 30% possession based, and yet there are muppets out there saying Moyes is amazing!!! Its been like watching a car crash this season and yet TalkSport and Sky Sports keep saying what an amazing job Moyes has done! We won a cup in a competition we were favourites for, so while I'm very pleased we did win I do think these little facts are overlooked when these pundits make their silly comments! There is nothing wrong with West Ham fans wanting the club to do better, isn't that what any fan wants from their club? Is Julan the right man for the job, in my opinion no as he's too much like Moyes for my liking but only time will tell 🤷🏻♂️

Simon, 70 goals conceded this season from Talk Sports solid defensive manager! Worst defensive record since Avram Grant took the club down over 10 years ago with 70 goals conceded. Be careful what you wish for? Hopefully a better defensive record than that!!
Why’s SJ dressed like a scooby doo villian???
Why do the media give David Moyes a free pass? His football is awful, negative defensive tactics yet conceded 70 goals so far this season, relegation battle last season, devalued players at a loss of £179million,doesn't use youth, oldest squad in the PL,signed Calvin Phillips..any other club would have sacked him long ago,he's a dreadful manager...these people are spinning a yarn
Because he’s British. That’s the only reason
He's one of the clubs most successful managers. Remember east ham are a shitty wee club. Don't be surprised when you see your team down the league without Moyes. You asked for it.

For Christ's sake, Moyes walked voluntarily before Pellegrini came in. Do your research before slagging the club off
Spin. We can see Moyes hasn't been up to the job for a long time. Watch no club with any ambition come in for him now he's a free agent
Won a trophy prick
There was no contract. They are stringing him along all season.
Jordan the man that employed Dowie and bankrupt his club I'd take his advice with a pinch of salt
Yes, he has made mistakes and failed as an owner.. But doesn't shirk these and many more f*uk ups he made at palace.. Which ultimately puts him in a unique position to comment on this topic..
Ps.. I don't mean for my comment to sound argumentative.. I'm just stating he actually has valid points due to his previous position as an owner of a premier League club.
@lonclarke4912 I like Jordan but that doesn't mean his opinion is always right as his previous mistakes I highlighted will tell you.
Firstly I am not a Moyes hater he has gives us some great times but any manager who wins 4 games in 5 months and concedes 70 goals in 36 games is going to be under pressure somehow due to his friends in the media Moyes seems to get a pass

Not sure why these guys are taking Moyes claims of 'a contract on the table' back in February as gospel. It doesn't really sit with Sullivan's mo. He's always loved to wind down contracts and reassess in the summer harking back to his Birmingham days. Stunk of a Moyes attempt to try and control the narrative.
Moyes didn’t sign the earlier contract because it said he wouldn’t have control over transfers. And yet in January he decided to release Fornals and Benhrama and sign….. Kalvin Philips. Says it all mate

Yes, he did. He's the most successful manager in your history. The reality is you're a crappy little club who belong in the second division. You'll be back there soon enough.
Prick he won a trophy, Emery at Villa is a more proven manager, yet he got knocked of Conference league Thursday
I'm sure Moyes will walk straight into a top 4 job,
In Canada 🇨🇦
You know f.all about football
And you don’t put up with the toxic football being served at westvham this year …400mio and only sheff Utd conceded more
And the 2 people that have replied clearly don't read so well🤪🤪🤪
Did you not think that Moyes just lied about being offered a new contract?
I think this obvious, they most likely just had talks that there would be a discussion about it at the end of the season, then we went and won 3 games this year so far and they thought "na he's out"
I think there are too many Spanish managers in the Premier already, there should be more British managers in the Premier (I am Spanish).
It’s quite simple Simon.. he ticks all the boxes for Sullivan he’s free he’s out of work and he won’t get West Ham relegated.. this is not the appointment Tim Stiedten Mark Noble or the fans want.. it’s a typical sully move. Unimaginative and uninspiring just like him. We’ll never have the opportunity to try to achieve our potential while he’s in charge.
If he did have a contract offer, it would have been very different to the one he already had. He’s a manager, and I think it would have been for a head coach, with less overall control.
I have a really bad feeling about Lopetegui. ..Not then manager I or many wanted and I fear this will come back to bite us!!
Moyes is leaving because the new sporting structure at WH doesn't suit him.
The contract he was offered in January was presumably as head coach as opposed to manager.
It likely restricted and/or removed some of the control he has had in the past.
He took a few months to see how the new structure was going to work and decided it didn't work for him.
There was no contract in February. That was to put the shits up the Moyes out brigade. There was no offer.
Simon Jordan for some reason believes he is always in the know of everything.
His knowledge of football outside the UK is embarrassingly limited, so him questioning lopetegui isn't a surprise.
The guy believes man UTD is the biggest club in the world, ahead of Madrid.
If indeed you always talk about "the body of work" be objective, and don't make takes just to sustain your relevance in sport journalism because at the end it gets embarrassingly boring.
Let's look at the transformation at Bournemouth for instance, we need to look at current circumstance and appreciate English managers are below their European counterparts at the moment, else, the delusion won't stop
He is the definition of an arrogant and ignorant british man who thinks he knows all.
Man united is never bigger than Madrid,Barca and Bayern München..
Most british people are ignorant.
They have limited information
Man City is the biggest club in the world according to their accounts 😂
Is this the man that lost £50m ….must know he stuff 🤔💯⚒️
English managers are fine. If the PL banned swarthy coaches like the swarth leagues ban foreign coaches they’d immediately become the best coaches in Europe. No English coach has ever got half the budget that arteta has gotten.
Somebody help me understand which swarthy leagues banned English managers??
Last I remembered, Neville was shambolic at Valencia, will still, one time thing, Moyes? Most coaches and managers from the UK have not made the cut among Europe's elite
Thanks David, this will be remembered as a golden period. Hope you go on to bigger things.
As a wolves fan he kept us up but Garry o’neal has got the same players playing a far better brand of football tbf
The difference is Gary o' Neil wasn't fighting relegation, that makes a lot of difference
@@barringtondavis7294 maybe your right but even after we were safe and in the pre season friendlies he played a very defensive style

@@richwatson5665 I didn’t say he wasn’t I probably could have worded it better gon got more out of the same players relegation battle or not yes I agree that made lopetegui more defensive but a top manger should still be getting the best out of the players he has and he didn’t
Does Moyes have shares in Talksport?
David Moyes's best mate in deciding his replacement will be rubbish shocker, quit trolling us 😂😂😂
Who are all of these people he is referring to. As far as West Ham fans are concerned he will need to prove himself as any manager/ coach would need to do at any club. We didn’t choose him the board have.
Moyes wanted full control of transfers ect West Ham didn't want that as he has already wasted nearly 1/2 billion pounds already and with that money spent we get back 4 wins in 24 games but you guys seem to think he is the best thing since sliced bread.
I can’t listen to anything about West Ham in the media because we are trying to get into a party that we haven’t got an invitation to. Top six bias guff.
Lop is defensive and will not go down well with those who didn't enjoy moyes' football. This is Sullivan's work, not Steidten.
“Lop”😂😂
Defensive. Biggest lie
WE DON'T SIMON. Yes i believe Moyes had to go. 34 league defeats across two seasons, 70 goals conceded this season, aging and threadbare squad, archiac tactical approach etc etc. At any other club that would be grounds for dismissal but not at WH for some reason. While i think Lopetegui is a step forward it is only a MARGINAL improvement. Typical of the chancer we have in control of our club. Sullivan has, is and always will be the underlying problem at our club. Everything else is just noise and distraction. As long as he remains our club will be the square root of naff all.
Simon Jordan can’t believe people think Lopetegui is man to replace Moyes…. Again Simon talking absolute garbage cos I don’t think any West Ham supporters want him as their new manager
The Spanish Moyes, the fans will be fuming come Christmas
Maybe there was never a contract on offer in February and it was a mutual agreement for him to say what he did.
Thanks for your expert opinion on "Looper Targey". I'm hoping he has a similar impact the manager change at Palace had when they weren't careful what they wished for.
he's an excellent appointment. As a united fan I've wanted him to come in and fix 7hags blunders but yet again the club was too slow to act. Lopetegui is bloody brilliant, he'll start the season well and he'll soon be getting the appreciation that Emery has been getting. Spanish coaches are so far ahead of the game it's an absolute banker he'll improve West ham from outdated moyes tactics
It would help if Simon knew what he was talking about, pellegrini in his first season finished 10th ,in his second season after 19 games he had 19 points , moyes the saviour came in and after 19 games he acquired 20 points, so it's a complete myth that moyes came in and changed things, he gained 1 more point than pellegrini, but one is a failure and the other a saviour it's laughable
Sounds like he improved the squad. Swarths like you were ready to crown De Zerbi the greatest coach on earth for not even matching Potters results.
Simon Jordan has all the football knowledge of a dead haddock.
It's quite straightforward Simon. West Ham have moved to the Director of Football / Head coach model, with the appointment of Tim Steidten as the former. Moyes was offered a contract as Head Coach, instead of Manager which he currently is, and that's what he didn't like about the contract offer. He's old school and wanted to retain control over everything, including transfers and the board said no to that, because they don't trust him with that. And they are justified in their thinking. You only have to look at the disastrous signings he's made like Danny Ings and Kalvin Phillips (his choices) contrasted with the success of Steidten's choices - Kudas, Alvarez and Pacquetta
What’s with Tory Simon? Why does he always mispronounce foreign names?
The man fakes a lisp just to sound posh ffs, listen to how he picks and chooses when he can say the letter S in certain words 🤣
Because it’s funny. Why do English people live rent free in foreigners heads. Did Simon Jordan bang your girlfriend?
Love how these two pick & choose the facts to suit their needs. They state Moyes had a contract offer in January & why didn’t Noyes sign it then.
The reason was blatantly obvious….
Last season West Ham appointed a director of football in Tim Stieden which meant West Ham were going in a different direction in that the next manager would actually be only a coach. Moyes contract offer was for only a coach roll, Moyes wanted full control & that’s why he didn’t sign. I think he was hoping to win the Europa league thus giving him a better bargaining position for perhaps him to expect West Ham to change the contract offer back to full control. Once we got knocked out & had no chance of getting into Europe again Moyes was all but done
Yeah I can’t believe anyone care what Simon Jordon says or thinks 😂
It's worth noting that Moyes may have been exaggerating (or worse) when he said he had a contract there to sign.
It's certainly likely that discussions were taking place about a potential renewal, but that doesn't mean the club had actually written up paperwork and left it up to Moyes.
Moyes didn't want to be a coach instead of a manager. Less power, less influence in trades if any. That's why they got a DoF and a Sporting Director. No need for a manager when a coach can work really well.
What a gentleman. He saved west ham a fortune by giving them the option
We don’t think he’s the right man 86% of westham fans literally said we don’t want him
Exactly - lazy journalism yet again.
You can do worse than Lopetegui. He’s a good manager man. Turned wolves around with next to no budget and broken promises. He’ll do a hell of a lot better with West Ham than pellegrini did
I must have missed that vote😂
86% in your head you mean
@@BlitzMCR"you can do worse" doesn't exactly fill me with excitement.
@@yunoyuluvit no but West Ham need to realise where they are. At this moment in time not a top 4 club , not a top 6 club. On the fringes of being a top 10 club . Moyes is better off away from West Ham
Nowhere could be further away for a manager who sets up talented attacking players not to lose but loses 5-0 on a regular basis

It’s simple IMHO. If West Ham had finished high enough to qualify for Europe Moyes probably would have decided to stay. Regardless of the minority toxic TH-cam fan channels. However they had a bad run and he did what was what most people expected and decided to move on. Thank you Mr Moyes as I think you did a great job and respect you. Good luck in your next challenge!👍
We as in West Ham fans haven't had a choice but he can't be worse than Moyes in 2024.
Simon as you well know it was Roberto not Pellegrini that stunk the place out. And Moyes got 19 points from the remaining 19 games without Roberto (no more than Pellegrini got from the previous 19 games with Roberto).
Out od curiosity ,which prem league team gonna hire Moyes before season starts if he is so bloody good and highly rated by those two ? He might get an offer around Christmas to safe a team out of relegation zone (again) but that's all he is. Let's not forget last season WHU had under Moyes, being in relegation battle till very end and only keeping his job due to good run in Europe (just about)
West Ham punching above theirs weight ,maybe but Moyes also is, end of.

we had 30 points at xmas , fast forward to now we have 49......19 points since xmas....time for a change...coyi
No nuance or consideration of the cold hard facts here. If you like Moyes, that's fine. At least have a balanced discussion about Moyes and why fans are tired of the situation.
By the way, before anyone splutters about 'what to you expect, blah blah' - I am very grateful for the job Moyes has done. Genuinely. He's done, for the most part, a terrific job. But it's been waning for the last two years.
Ultimately, I blame Sullivan for a lot of this.

Totally agree with Simon I see West ham struggling next season.
I’m with Simon on this he’s going to have to show a lot more than he has to date to get the fans onside. He’s going to have a difficult task because the squad is dangerously small aging and slow. We don’t play possession football because we don’t have the players our game has been in the main 10 men behind the ball not much of a game plan ?
Won't be after tim n nobes have finished
We don't have the players yet have Kudus, Paqueta and Bowen who are among the best attacking front 3 in the Premier league, including the top 4. He's the only manager in the league who would have those players playing a defensive and negative style.
Pellegrini went downhill because we had Roberto in goal, may have been alot different if we had a decent goalkeeper.
Simon Jordan might b harsh but he is being sensible. well done 👍👍👍
