@@HatedStar-gb4xs Facts, Supreme court results itself says almost 40% of the cases registered by the wife is false, but still they are not punished for torturing a person and his family members by filling a false case and wasted courts time, even still she is not punished, I really believe the respected courts should make some changes like, they have to say if any person files a false case they will be punished of 5 years prisonment and should remove alimony concept only maintenance should be there, because genuine women victims will get a resource for living by maintenance, but alimony is because a source of business like get married enjoy few days or months file a false case on husband and his family torture him and get divorce by getting a lump sum amount in the form of alimony .

After divorce ex wife has no right over husband's income. Husband should pay maximum 20% of his post tax income to ex wife for a period of 20 years and child expenses till children reach the age of 22. After that nothing should be paid to ex wife.

Olden times Kerala Christians announce in the church two or three Sundays saying such and such persons son and and daughter , and the girls share , are getting married. Churches was not allowing divorce. But by chance the lady becomes a widow with out children or divorced they be given back the share they brought . Men cannot cheat women. If there are children they get fathers share from ancestors property and children and the lady will be taken care. That time most of the people were doing agriculture.
