I have been around African Americans a fair amount and I have heard them call each other this word many, many times. There is something deeply wrong and offensive when an African American can casually use the word among their friends and family but if someone other than an AA uses the word that person must be canceled. If they were truly offended by the word they would never use it among themselves. Stop being so hypersensitive and using double standards. People make mistakes.

A lot of "Karen" encounters have had similar outcomes. They get exposed for being a racist and suddenly blame alcohol or their mental issues or that they were "having a bad day" and are totally not a racist.

Yes is a sitting JUDGE. She is supposed to be an objective and unbiased arbitrator of justice! How can we expect her to be FAIR if there is any hint of racism? Do you think African Americans would feel comfortable having HER as a judge?!?!?
How can she judge anyone fairly and without bias? She just can’t! Sedative doesn’t make one a racist and visit. No black person will ever expect a fair trial or judgement from her. She is hateful and evil on the inside. She’s just been exposed!
Like you've never said anything bad angery. I am not agreeing with her, but it does pose a problem given her job. I guess the question i have is why aren't black people held accountable when saying cracker?
@@rudyruiz9521 What are you talking about? It wasnt whispered under the voice.. It was said like normal every day talk... I ve heard people us the n word all throughout my life.. Ive worked the door at bars and heard it yelled in anger... But rarely do you hear it said calmly with no momentary pause of thought... She uses this at home all the time guaranteed
Honestly she doesn’t need to do the right thing and step down first she owes the community in apology especially being in Louisiana where there is a very diverse culture and the state of Louisiana needs to also look into all of her cases of sentencing and make sure that they were done so properly people tend to excuse irrational behavior because they were angry or under pressure but that’s when the truth of how someone feels actually comes out
Two things: a sedative is calming and cannot be blamed for her hateful, untrue comments, and sedatives lessen inhibitions, which would indicate that her utterances are how she really feels when she's not in public.
Truth-
I've never said racial slurs while on drugs...smh. What a shitty pity plea. She needs to be removed from her position. And "armed" robbery? The robber wasn't armed! She wants to misdirect attention away from her ugly character and it's not working.

By who? What was the sedative? Over the counter or prescribed? Prescribed by who-her doctor? Or was it “given” by a friend (oops, that would be illegal)? That sedative should be pulled from the market if it has such severe side effects-instantly turns whole family racist. And it doesn’t even seem to have properly sedated her.
It's the same sedative Roseanne Bar took I think.

@@vuksgitau No one needs anyones permission for anything. To act like the utterance of one word completely disregards all that one person is, or defines them wholly, is the epitome of ignorance and stereotyping. It is also a prime example of what ills our society as a whole. To believe that a family that is a victim of a violent crime deserves more condemnation and judgment than the perpetrator is so wrong it’s almost sinful. To harbor hate in one’s heart against another person that has tried to steal not only your possessions but also your ability to feel safe in your own home is not unusual, and absolutely leads to unusual anger and reactions. We try soooo hard to modify language from a group of people, and in doing so make victims the criminal. It’s a word that appropriately describes anyone of any color that decides to purposefully harm, in any way, innocent citizens. The crime isn’t the least bit debatable. An ordinary, run-of-the-mill, punk thug got caught and is going to jail. As he should. End of that story. No one cares about him or is sympathetic. The outrage is that a sitting judge who has the power to affect people’s lives may be quite racist - which means she’s not going to be very equitable when dispensing justice on a daily. THAT is a huge problem. Re-read what I just wrote, Dr. Pavel. I referred to the perp as a “punk, thug…” and you can insert whatever garden variety word you would use for POS criminals when they’re white. Now we have to ask why those same words aren’t applied when the person is instead black? Instead, it’s the N word over and over, coupled with “roach” (literally the bottom of the bottom). Said casually, joyfully even, and used by everyone in the family. Sorry sir, this does not bode well for the judge’s character, or ability to be impartial and objective uniformly.
2:40 does this man go out with the same energy when “we” use it in daily language? Police that with the same energy. She’s in her private home. Meanwhile it’s in songs and everyday culture. But ONLY for “us”?

Those people are having a lot of laughs for something that was so horribly traumatic for them. And she refers to it as an armed robbery, which it wasn't, lying to try to get sympathy. Pretty sad move on her part. No way should this person be in a position where she is supposed to make objective decisions that affect peoples lives.
You don't need a weapon actually present, visible, or even on you to be convicted of armed robbery. People have robbed banks with just their finger in their jacket pocket, or a banana.
