At least I didn't see this plane fly thru a helicopter as it landed like the last simulated plane landing I saw did. Now how do I get that 6 minutes of my life back?

Rookies! I could've aced it. No problem. In a storm with no runway lights. Heavy bird strike, with only two engines operating and also with 500 gallons of spilled oil on the runway!! With one hand tied behind my back all while some kid in the back screaming crying. 🤣👍 Just kidding, but I am a skilled pilot.
Absolutely, it mystified what it is all about, with a possible too hard a landing or too far down the runway. I know it is a simulation, but did it even happen. Certainly no subscription.

It would have been a lot more informative if you would have correlated HUD or instrumentation readings with the video. Also weather conditions or readings at a point prior to touch down. Other than that the pilot did a hard landing. 🤷🏻♂️

The airplane stopped on the concrete and was reusable and presumably, everybody walked away from it. Where TH was the problem, that we had to see three times? Qantas is a union airline. It the "Pilot", (Captain?)was fired, he had a hell of a case.
Flaps & slats were out, and he throttled up hard after touching down so I'm guessing he was using reverse thrust as well. The only really sketchy thing I saw was he almost went off the damn runway lol.. the #3 engine actually crosses the centerline, and even the #4 almost does as well 😅
pilot completely forgot to flare, so he slammed down onto the runway... that's not good for tires, wheels, overall structural integrity, etc. That was a bad landing. A good one is where you don't do 10 at least million bucks worth of damage (guessing, including parts, labor, and schedule disruptions) to the plane you're supposed to be doing a return flight on the next day. :P

He did a pretty hard landing on all wheels the same time normally u tuck hind wheels first and slowly nose down., and from other peoples comment i also see hes using the departure runaway.
@@robertjamesmarchand8331 he didn’t flare on landing- this is when the pilot lifts the nose just before touching the runway. this allows for a slower descent onto the tarmac, therefore a smoother and safer touchdown.
@@robertjamesmarchand8331 always remember, rear wheel touches down first on the tarmac, then the nose gear. Rear wheels are first because they can withstand the amount of friction on touchdown. Nose gears are dropped when the airplane has slowed down a lot.
I don't know what the pilot did wrong, but I think someone needs to contact Boeing about why half of the undercarriage disappears into the runway upon landing.
I agree with another one of the contributors - HOW do I get the last 6 minutes of my life back?? Air force vet and 40 year airline captain told me once - " If all of your passengers can walk safely into the terminal then it is a GOOD LANDING!!"

I think maybe the author of this film was onboard and it was a little noisy for him/her so they figured hey lets scream a refund and didn't get it so a verdictive get even film was created and since they never really told you what the issue was seems to add credibility to my tall tale too. Many flight simulators pull the plane to the left. To play well, it needs a gamepad, steering wheel or joystick.
