@dannanhao9090 boss taas na discussion kung asa jud ka makabarato but here's my input:
- naay tiles na baratohon naa say mahalon and so with epoxy. Naay epoxy na pang industrial naa puy pang decorative. Decorative epoxies (like the metallic epoxies that are popular today) cost around 1700 to 2500 per square meter, while the industrial counterpart costs around 750-1000 depende pud na sa thickness requirement nimo. We normally apply epoxy at 1mm dry film thickness.
- epoxies have abrasive cyle life, meaning mahilis jud na siya. The more foot traffic, the more dali siya mahilis. Plus kung nipis pa jud ang pag apply samot kadali hilison.
Depende sa application nimo sir ha kung para asa nimo gamitan ang epoxy or tiles. If it is for commisaries and warehouses that require epoxy, then go for epoxy. Otherwise kung balay, mas maayo mag tiles ka. Pero ayaw settle on the cheap tiles, go for the mid end ones. 4 things to consider kung mag tiles
1. Lig-on ba imo slab. Kung humok imo slab ma-ukal eventualy. Kung makafeel ka na murag mangaukal ang balas unya puti kaayo ang color sa imo slab, kandidato jud kas bakbak ana sir if not mag retopping ka.
2. Tile quality. Naay mga tiles na gikan pa lang sa box bengkong na, maa say uban kusog mo expand samot na ning mga baratohon
3. Tile setter. Ayaw settle sa dili professional mo install, imo baya ng floor ayaw i-asa sa way solid experience.
4. Tile adhesive. Settle for the more reliable brand. Remember walay pulos kung mura nga pero namumura mo naman.
If you miss any of the 4 sir, di na magdugay imo tiles, mao na kasagaran karon mang-ulbo wala pay tuig.

Sir, pwede I elaborate young question po? Medyo di namin mag gets hehe.
Eto po ay slab, Bali ang nilalagay lang natin o inaaply is yung 2 treatments (densifier and HydroLock). If question nyo po is yung mga bato-bato, yan po yung mga bato na hinalo sa simento. Hinasa natin para lumabas

small CR can it be done....flooring and walls with polished concrete?

Hello sir. Sa CR po we don't recommend sa floors kasi kadalasan harsh chemicals yung ginagamit pang linis. Sa walls naman po, bigira lang yung puro buhos yun. Kadalasan naka CHB. you can use stucco to have an industrial look on your walls.

Hi sir. Salamat po sa comment. Regarding your question, pwede naman tanggalin ang vynil at ipolish as long as polishable po ang concrete. A quick way of doing surface hardness test is to get a concrete nail at try nyo po iscratch yung concrete on a medium pressure. Pag di siya nag scratch ng about 1mm deep at di naman napupulbos ang surface ng concrete, it's a good indication po na okay yung concrete nyo na grinf and polish. Hope this helps po.
