I rarely comment on videos, but this choreography just blew my mind. Ifelt like my heart was bursting out of my body and I'm just flooded with emotions. Seriously, one of the best choreographies I've ever seen!
These dancers are AMAZING!!! My favorite was the second one idky but I felt his Dancing!! And the first group, the one in the front he was so smooth with it and I really liked all the dancing!!!
totally disagree with anon anon. second dancer executed it so beautifully... 1:26-1:32, the robotically perfect-time movements end up just melting into the choreography that follows. i see no flaws in the fact that it was flawless -- and SO, so effortless; so light. loved it.
as much of an opinion this is, i’m politely disagreeing with what some have to say about the second dancer. although dancing is a representation of the dancer, song, and is somewhat of an act. he danced the way the song seemed like in his perspective, and that’s what truly matters if i’m being completely honest. dancing doesn’t necessarily have to be one exact way and i don’t think many people say it should be, but as loose and vulnerable the song is and how clean and sharp the dance moves are. it is him that is dancing it and the way he sees it, each dancer is different and has a contrast from everyone else. it’s the beauty of visual arts ⭐️
I didn't particularly like the second dancer. He did everything too perfectly, too cleanly executed. But that is the problem, this song is about being vulnerable, being soft. Dancing is a expression of oneself, a representation of the song, a form of acting. The perfect singers and dancers are ones that reflect the song.
Emotion is not something that someone can be trained in. I totally see where you're coming from, and a comparison I like to make is Jimin and Jhope from BTS. While Jhope is a better dancer from a "mechanical" perspective (meaning he is better at timing and understands specific dance moves and such that allows for perfect execution), Jimin, while also trained in contemporary dance, is a much more emotional dancer. When you watch him dance, you absolutely feel what he's feeling because he conveys it so well. While his timing can be slightly off sometimes, I prefer his dancing over Jhope (love em both tho) because the art of dance to me is the expression of feelings and emotion through movement
NO OFFENCE BUT I DANCE BETTER AND I DO BACK FLIPS AND MORE COOL PS IN THEM SO PUT MORE EFFORT JK JK BUT I DO BUT PLEASE TRY TO DO TRICKS LIKE FLIPS PLEASE
