    Good afternoon Coach Jason. My name is Chuck Gomez. Thus far, I’ve watched two films of yours, and I am impressed with your ability to teach pitching mechanics. My son is 14 years old, a position player, and he wants to pitch. Unfortunately, my son has a difficult time hitting his targets. I am curious if your 12-week book can help him with his pitching /throwing accuracy. He’s headed to high school, and there’s no guarantee that he’ll make his first-year team. We’re living in New York City, and I am wondering if I should hire a coach in junction with your books that would help my son to throw the baseball with more velocity and accuracy. Last question, do you offer in-person training sessions or clinics in Kansas City? Thank you, coach!

    Hey coach Jason, I’m 28 and have not pitched in 8-9 years or more. I’m in an adult league and trying to get back into it for fun. However, my bicep and where it connects to my elbow can get really tight. I’ve been trying to find some good exercises to do to stretch them out with no luck. It seems most stretching videos for pitches is shoulders only. Any recommendations?

    Thanks! My 10 yr old who loves to pitch will be using these warm up stretches!

      Excellent. You may want to consider these in a cool down state as well and take a more informal approach to active shoulder warm up. I'm going to shoot an update to this video in the weeks to come, but this is a great start. Thanks for the support 🙏

    Should you do this before you pitch in a game or after?

      @ARMPitchingDevelopment  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would do this after. Do a more active shoulder warm up before. Good luck this season 👍
