Patrick is imprisoned in Egypt for stupid reason from a year now and Giulio was killed, he was just a student interested in civil rights. In Egypt there are too much "strange" deaths like this according the European Parliament in the ultimate years. These are the faults of the government (and secret polity) obviously.

Egypt is not only Cairo, Cairo is a popular city, and there are many cities that you have to visit, such as Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Alexandria, Port Said, the North Coast, and Dahab. Egypt has tourist cities but the people focus only in Cairo
