I have read that part of what Dwight says is correct. People who don't use as many hand sanitizers and other things that kill germs have better immune systems. Also, people who take antibiotics several times have weakened immune systems because the antibiotics kill the "good bacteria" in the gut.

Negative reinforcement works with people... Not so much for animals that do not understand Laws. Dogs dont think about the punishment for breaking rules the same way people do. Dogs are like drunks, they are up for anything and will gladly jump into harm's way to catch a tattered old ball or half eaten hot dog.

You would be shocked to learn how many people ive fired because of their inability to wash their hands properly. If I cant trust them to wash their hands right, how can I trust them in any other facet of food safety. makes complete sense to me why you go through handwashing training when starting in a new hospital
2:03 "Are you supposed to do that?" "No, you aren't supposed to do anything negative" Both reinforcement and punishment are a part of how all animals learn, whether you intend to use them or not, so you might as well employ them intentionally. Dogs learn not to do something by having a negative experience with it, even if that negative experience is being held down while someone pulls a choking hazard from his mouth and his humans panic. Or being startled by his human yelling in pain after a too-rough play session. Negative experiences are part of life. Pretending dogs shouldn't be told "no" is just another version of saying children shouldn't be told "no". You shouldn't teach a dog not to communicate his feelings, but dogs growl for more reasons than just fear. As a dog groomer, my least favorite kind of dog is one that has been taught not to growl, because then I have no warning before a bite, and all dogs bite when stressed enough. "Everything they do is for a reason" may be true, but most of the time the reason is "I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do that, because nobody has told me yet." If a dog steals food from the counter, the reason is obviously that it's food and he's a dog, not that he isn't getting enough to eat and was simply solving the problem himself. Chewing on inappropriate things, escaping, barking, chasing after other animals, etc. are all normal dog behaviors that need to be dealt with, not ignored or praised. Discipline is part of raising a living thing in a society. I would've thought someone with an advanced degree would have a bit more critical thinking when researching a subject with multiple scientifically supported methods. Looking at positive-only training and concluding that's the only way to train all dogs, and then speaking on the subject on the internet as an expert is biased and foolish. Maybe try talking to a balanced dog trainer and asked to meet the trainer's dog before publicly condemning the natural way animals learn. And unless you're going to cite the expert you're quoting, you may want to stick to your fields of expertise when giving advice on the internet, lest viewers take an amateur's opinion as an experienced one.

Before the government got involved in healthcare (Obamacare), it was much easier to pick the appropriate health insurance. I'm 59, why am I paying for "Well Baby" care? I missed the 80's when it was straight forward. I paid 20% and insurance paid 80%, preventive care (annual physical, dental cleaning, eye exam) was 100% paid by insurance and it included Vison and Dental.
You have a scene in the thumbnail that you didn't react to! Why? That's the only reason I clicked on the video... I liked the video but it was a click bait... 👎👎👎

The office US starts off ok, but it goes downhill in later seasons. Typical American thinking, you have a hit TV show so you try to keep churning it out forever. So they go past the "sell by date" and don't realise they should have called it a day several seasons ago. The Simpsons should have finished a decade ( or more) ago as an example
