Thank you very much! I'll unmount the right door panel of my Octavia tomorrow, what you show here was really useful, I have now a good idea on what to do and how to proceed. Your help is really appreciated. I noticed, like you mentionned it, that it was a bit tricky to make a good video in some point, but however, it helps a lot!

Hi, nice video. I have a question - I own an Octavia III Combi and I am generally very satisfied with it, but I have a problem with one thing - while listening to music (not too loud, around 30%), with bass and uneven road, the driver's door produces an unpleasant noise. It turned out that the previous owner probably replaced or did something with the window control panel, and it seems to be loosely inserted, causing it to vibrate and produce an unpleasant sound - do you have any idea how to soundproof it? Should I remove the entire module and wrap it with tape to make it stiffer?

If you are sure that's the problem, then you can do something like that. But I would ask how much a new switch would cost, and then make a decision to fix it, or get a new one

great video, I have activated child lock (not possible to open door from inside) and probbably damaged cord of outside handle. Do You know how to remove rear door panel with closed doors?

Hmm...First be sure that the door isn't locked and is in an unlocked condition through the central locking system.
Then, try to knock on the door from inside and out, while simultaneously try to open it.
If that's not working, you can try to get the panel off a bit at top end, trying to reach the inside of the lock. Unfortunately it's hard to do. I wish u luck

When you remove door panel broke some clips or its ok and close the panel again with the same clips???

Of course, replacing broken chips with new ones is never a bad thing
