NEW Facebook Professional Mode (Monetization & Features)

- Facebook wants creators to reach their full potential on Facebook and that means giving them ways to earn money and providing insights so they can understand what types of posts resonate within their community. Until now, these tools were only available on Pages. Facebook knows that many creators -- especially those who are just starting out -- are on profiles, so they're introducing a professional mode for profiles in the US. With professional mode, eligible creators will be able to unlock revenue opportunities within the new creator economy and gain access to tools to help grow their audience.
One of the first monetization options available with Facebook professional mode for profiles will be the Reels Play bonus program, which allows eligible creators to earn money based on the views of their qualifying reels.
Facebook Professional mode also opens up access to post, audience and profile insights -- similar to what you can find on Pages today.
Once you turn on Facebook professional mode for your profile, anyone can follow you and see your public content in their feed, but you’ll still be in control of who sees what content you share. That means you can share public updates, or decide to share content with just your friends, too.
If you have never made money online, are new to making money online, or are new to monetizing the content you create, Facebook Professional Mode is a great place to begin building an audience.

Good morning, my question is what happens to my Facebook normal profile if i turn on professional mode, Can i turn on professional mode and also open a create a Facebook page? Or if choose either what's the implication. Another question is people in some African countries can't monetize their Facebook pages what's the way forward, please your response will be appropriated

My experience is that if you don’t have professional mode on your profile, you can NOT express interest in the bonuses . I tried from the profile that doesn’t have that and it never showed up on the page as an entity. However, on the profile that is in Professional Mode and has a bonus, I can see the profile as an entity and express interest in the bonuses.

Hello. I have over 600k followers on Facebook and I don’t see the branded content label for sponsored videos. Is that invite only?
When I view the website, it said that they are no longer on boarding new people to brand Collabs manager. Perhaps that has something to do with it.

1. It has become available to some people on professional mode, but not all yet.
2. Starting a Facebook group(s) is another great way to grow your presence.
3. Posting frequently and consistently will give you more reach as well.
4. You can use a business page to run ads and redirect the traffic from your or landing page to your Facebook page.
5. Reach out to your email list and tell them to follow your profile.

Can I monetize previous content before switching to professional mode? I switched my profile to professional mode, and since the switch I am only able to view content created since making that switch in my professional dashboard. Other reels and videos posted recently but before the switch does not appear in professional dashboard. Can I still monetize once I am eligible for monetization
Make the content public and see if it begins to earn money because you can only monetize public content. If that does not work, you can always delete and re-post.

You’re welcome! The dashboard changes based on mobile or desktop. But you will always get more functionality from the desktop version of a website.

I've noticed that there are ads running on my reels, but my earnings are still at $0.00, can you help me understand why? Facebook ads have I believe a seven day attribution window. And because of iOS 14.5 they don’t receive the data from how ants are performing as quickly as they used to so it may take some time for them to update your payment.

Can anyone help me? I have a business Facebook page linked to my personal Facebook page. I have the professional mode OPTION on my personal page but not the business page. Does the option to move a business page to professional mode exist? Or is it only available on my main Facebook page. Or if it is turned on - on my personal page does it automatically transfer to the linked business page? Or do I just not have the professional mode option on my business page yet?
Professional mode is only for profiles. Pages have the New Page Experience.

If it is a “Page” look inside Meta Business Suite. If it is a “profile” in professional mode, it should be inside your professional dashboard.

What about the people reach? You can found in insight reels because there is reels that's empty no number show but the others there is number of people reach?
Try using Meta Business Suite for a more detailed analysis of how your content performs.

I can’t say in particular, but I’m pretty sure they don’t want to pay people for what they will deem is less valuable or inauthentic views.
So, I have to turn on professional mode to become monetized? I have a personal profile and a business trucking page. Which one do I need to be more active on to make money via Facebook?
Either one of them can work, but I would go with the one that has the most engagement. Because you own your own business, I’m going to tell you to go with the business page so that if you decide to advertise in the future, you will have a Headstart by having an audience engaging with your content

You would do them the same is it any other time. Professional mold does not change how you are able to do that. What limitations are you concerned professional mold would cause?

It’s a feature only for your regular profile. Your business page already has the same features is professional mode.

Yes. In the video, I show you how to create a second profile, and that second profile will also be in professional mode.

My Girlfriend and I both have the same phones and the same app both updated but with different versions. Hers shows professional mode and mine does not. I'm trying to turn mine one but cannot find it and I've done everything from clearing data/cache to Uninstalling and reinstalling and ive reached out to Facebook with no reply for weeks. I'm stuck and idk what to do. Any help would be super appreciated
Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do unless Facebook gives your account access to the feature. And the only way to really get a hold of Facebook support. These days is to sign up for meta-verified.

On the personal profiles in the past, there was a mishap when certain things that were private were accidentally made public.

If you go to professional dashboard and monetization tools, it should tell you whether you have met the criteria or not, and it will also tell you a policy violation that may possibly be keeping you from qualifying for stars

My question is, how can I setup my In-stream Ads in Nigeria since I cannot add an Admin on professional mode Or should I use a friend details in Italy and setup my In-stream Ads or should I give my friend my login details to login and setup my In-stream Ads for me... I'm confuse
It does seem that you are in a bit of a pickle. I believe you can use PayPal for international payments. Am I correct?

I have some reels that have 2m views and I have some post that have engagements also but yet when I Check my professional dashboard, I can't click bonuses, in steam ads or subscription.. It's just there for fancy. I need help
@@iamcoreymcclain someone was invited yesterday and she said she dont post videos nor go live and she dont post regularly but she was invited by Facebook and she just have 7k followers. But I have 7.9k I post daily, I have so many videos on my Reels and most of them have like 2m views but yet I can't check if I am eligible. I don't know if it's because I turned off my professional mode twice and turn it on again that made some functions to disappear like I can't boost post on my page
You cannot use any monetization tools without turning on Facebook professional mode.
