While going through Chad's bag, you mentioned that he rigged up the engine heater to work of a regular wall outlet. That is the premier reason that i have yet to order an engine heater, none of them seem to come stock with a wall adapter.
Not sure how much clout you have the with engineers over at Protek, but if you have a chance think you could run this by?
I think it would be sweet to have an engine heater that could:
1. Plug into a battery, wall outlet, and 12 volt cigarette adapter in your car. (Perhaps with different cords that could be shipped with the heater)
2. Have a max temp between 160F and 220F depending on what power source is used
3. Have a built in thermostat that automatically adjusts heater output to maintain desired temp. (Imagine using one to for idling tank of engine break in, no more temp guage and heat gun juggling)
4. Perhaps have an "In Wire On-off" switch for easy access. Maybe even a backlit one to show heater status?
Just some thoughts I wanted to run by you. Feel it would be immensely helpful to be able to have your engine heater plugged in to your full size vehicle while driving to the track, and being able to roll up knowing that the heater is going and the engine is up to temp. Or for at home, pre-heating the engine off a wall port while receiver and starter batteries are charging.
I don't know, just some food for thought, I for one would be all over that

Hi guy , I add an extra set of swivel casters to the handle end of mine so I can carry extra weight. I hot glued toilet paper tubes to store shock oil. At one point I used the small bin to hold a mounted outlet strip and cooling fans for cooling batteries and race cars .I wish I had a second one. Thank you.
Nice. I like the cardboard tubes for storing oils. Pretty clever!

I been using this bag for almost 7 years. My left zipper broke the outside pocket ripped but I still use it.

Yes, 1/10 slashes are not as expensive as most 1/8 cars, but just about the most durrable and moddable one u can buy, i have a slash vxl 4x4 myself
