Nish! My goodness! I just found you and im so glad. I really enjoy these discussions and the way you bring us through the topics so thoroughly! Honestly I have little to no knowledge of this particular topic but somehow I can totally follow along and get it. So fascinating , Just wanted to give you a Big thank you my friend
I'm catholic but I got run over 2 years ago and it is a miracle I survived even though my right arm is disabled now and as carl jung said I don't believe I KNOW Lord Shiva saved me
Very interesting and informative video. I love Chinnamasta and Vajrayogini (whom I'm currently meditating on a daily basis). I made a commentary on a book about ethics where I mention that Chinnamasta embodies or represents the whole sacrificial act of nourishing the world by way of their iconography (she decapitating herself and feeding her attendants, furthermore that being a divine play or lila, all of that is in that second book that you recommended) and I relate that with the idea of a subjectivity devoid of carnivore sacrifice (Freud said something in the lines of the need to make metaphorical sacrifices -instead of killing the father and devouring him- we do that to animals (and women, and homosexual people, and non caucasians, and so on and so forth, at least in the West, and that is the way of making oneself a subject in "civilized society") that being a psychological institution very hard to break, but not impossible. Thus enters, Chinnamasta! Salutations, greetings from Mexico.
So if you resonate with one of the Mahavidyas, but you’re not Hindu or initiated into any tantra practices, what is a respectful way to show them respect or work with them since there is shakti in all of us?
This book goes into detail with the answer to your question. Shakti Rising: Embracing Shadow and Light on the Goddess Path to Wholeness Book by Kavitha Chinnaiyan

Nish, Have you read, “The Mystery of the Aleph?” It’s about Cantor. It’s not very long and pretty interesting. For me, it was decent 👍
So your mother is the Devil´s grandmother? 😂❤
Yes absolutely! There is nothing she is not!
