    I love how the strap in the back goes from being at the top (where one can access it) to magically in the center of her back. This is by far the least practical strap on their carriers and I have yet to be able to center it without the help of someone else, which defeats the purpose of this carrier, as I typically need it because I need more hands, not because I have an abundance of extra hands to help me out.

    This helped a little bit.
    But it’s so hard still to loosen the straps when you’re taking your baby out so you can reach the buckle by the neck!
    This thing is so expensive and I really don’t get why it’s so difficult lol.
    I had an infantino or however you spell it that I only spent $20 on before this & it was easier to put on but it also hurt my back cause it didn’t have as much support as this one.
    Ill keep practicing I suppose.

    How’s the back buckle come down from neck to shoulder blades and then how to reach the buckle in the middle of the body without someone else help to release the baby??? I had it on with my baby for so many times but no magic happened like this??! Can someone explain to me? Thank you

    At what point on your hips should you have the strap to have the weight held properly without straining the shoulders? I had the bottom strap quite tight on my hip bones and my upper thighs were quite sore. Either this is my legs getting a workout in a place I've never used, or I'm using it wrong.

    The clip to secure what the chest strap is located at the top of your back and the shoulder straps hang around your shoulder blades. Those are the most difficult location for anyone to reach with your hand on your own body. You must operate the chest strap clip blindly, and be lucky enough to find the shoulder straps to pull on sometimes with a crying baby waiting to be settled in the carrier. I often end up pinching my hand in the chest strap clip trying to close it and often have to painfully twist my arm behind my back to find the shoulder straps. This is one of the most terrible device I have bought for the baby so far. It is called ergo baby but really does not deserve the "ergo" part. I wish I had chosen something different.

      I'm sure you're well past baby carriers, but commenting for others watching the video since your comment is at the top. I have no issues loosening the shoulder straps until the chest clip hits where I can feel it on the back of my neck and easily reach it. It is really important to complete the steps in the right order.

    I am not convinced that the front position is ideal. The back is not in a good position and the legs are dangling free without support. I do carry baby like this just in my hands in the house sometimes when some interaction is needed with other family members, but to carry him for a few hours in a carrier this way can be harmful for the kid.

    What about front facing after 12 months with this carrier?

    • @binabanana8385
      @binabanana8385 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Makeup By Miiso you can but it would be verry heavy for you and not optimal for the child. It is recomended to carry on the back rather than forward facing carry

    Whats wrong with you people?))
    This carrier giving you a chance to use all four positions! If you absolutly sure that facing front position is totaly wrong - don't use this option. Every baby are different, my doughter (4,5 months) - full of curiosity, she allways wants to see more around. I'm giving her a possibility to see the world - BUT not more than for 10 minutes, to much information for one time not good for her and for any baby. And I want this carrier very much. But unfortunatly i cant buy it becouse i dont know in which internet store in Russian Federation i can buy real ErgoBaby. Is there an authorised retailer in RF? Teddy Group Russia is still authorised retailer?

    its just that easy 6 and a half minutes in and out, because every mother base 6.5 minutes to spare every time they take the baby for a walk

    This is no good, too many pressure points on my child’s arms, he has indentions/red creases just below armpits right where all his nerves and vessels run, my baby was losing circulation in his hands. He has very limited range of motion with his arms when secure. HORRIBLE! Not to mention the pressure points on the inner thighs. Ergobaby, you need to redesign the arm area!

    i would much rather deal with back pain that ever have to struggle with this monstrosity of a carrier ever again. it's impossible to get on and adjust on your own. and if you and your partner both plan to both use it, it only gets more impossible. whoever designed this is a war criminal.

    Кошмар! Мало того, что обычные ваши эрго-рюкзаки не дают М-посадки, так вы еще и недокенгуру сделали. В погоне за прибылью вы совершенно позабыли о комфорте и физиологичности посадки малыша(((

      Рада Маркита Вы вообще в курсе что такое М-позиция? Попка ниже коленей, также эту позицию называют позой жабки - естественная поза ребенка! Она к кенгуру вообще отношения не имеет! Литературу надо бы Вам почитать, сходите хотя бы на сайт Слинголиги

    Carrying a baby facing front is wrong!! Ergobaby, what have you done???

    • @ryanbauer1010
      @ryanbauer1010 9 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Just curious why it is wrong. The design would seem to solve the hip dysplasia issue as it allows the baby to sit "frog-legged".

    • @katerinakvapilova4098
      @katerinakvapilova4098 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      it´s not just about hip position, but also back being arched the right way and the baby´s comfort.. imagine if he falls asleep facing front.. where can he rest his head?? it just hangs in space.. it´s totally wrong!!!

    • @brianneschumacher7361
      @brianneschumacher7361 9 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Did you even watch the video?.... It says if your baby gets tired or over stimulated here's the easy way to turn them around...

    • @katerinakvapilova4098
      @katerinakvapilova4098 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Of course I watched it. There is no need to over-stimulate the baby at all if it is carried facing the mother. Not to mention the incorrect position of the spine if it is facing out. Try googling something about this.

    • @CHILL3435
      @CHILL3435 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Katerina Kvapilova since he is seated in a frog like position, the spine is well rested on her chest. It's more natural dad way than other baby carriers
