Those are nice looking skates! I just got a pair of Chicago Women's Classic skates, and I love them so far. I am just getting back into skating after decades of not skating. So I am at the beginner stage. But I am very happy with the Chicago brand. To me, they seem well made and are really a beautiful classic style. I hope you're still enjoying them!

My previous skates were a size 8uk so I got a 9us. Which works out to a 8uk. But I like a snug fit, so I think a 8us would of been abit better for me personally

I put Velcro on the tounge and around the laces and help keep it held down
