the amount of "this doesn't seem good"s when it was the best option there :')
I'm pretty sure there are synergies you want to be doing like Curse + Health. It seems that Curse is insanely powerful when you get hit for example, so increasing health a lot could be a good way of leveraging that. Maybe the health tree even has added bonuses that help with that. Or Curse + Arrow, to get Curse procs from Arrows.
There are a LOT of Rare upgrades that do some crazy stuff I think that we didn't see...
@@Haelian I was playing around earlier and the classes are a lot of fun. I think some of the mechanics make a lot more sense once you swap classes.
During the curse run it felt like you needed projectile damage. Also, slowing the enemies in the star ally run clearly had a massive impact.
convinced me to pick it up, this game is great! its fun trying out different synergies with the different characters
I've already played this game a bunch and I love it but one annoying feature of it is how it forces you into another trees whenever you get close to getting lv7 in any of the upgrade paths, no matter how many rerolls or options you have it rolls into same lv1 stuff even if it has to instead of giving you lv7 so it's really hard to do that ideal "4×lv7 + 2 extra skill" runs. I'd love to see more of this game though it's so fun to watch, when the video was over I've literally said "huh, already?" :D

Okay this might sound really weird, but I really feel this strange urge to share this. I was listening to this video while I slept & I think I had an actual out of body experince with this video playing in the background. I was drifting through the sky, unable to move my limbs as everything just flowed around me like water. I saw my apartment parking lot below me, & then what looked like a big carnival on a pier underneath the endless starry sky. And when I woke up, it was like the weight of the world crashed down on me as I slammed back into reality/my body.
I could not explain why all that happened but I think it might be a testament to how much of a vibe your content is that I can experience all of that.
(Edit) After a bit of googling, I think I actually had a sleep paralysis moment.

@wildstorm3486 Well, there were many opportunities early on to take damage when it would have been beneficial, like in the first and second runs where he instead went for something like arrow or poison or reload speed

This game is way too easy! I got to wave 45 on my second try and from there on it was just a cycle of using the cheese to level one character to max and then play that character to unlock the next, getting enough cheese on the way to get it already maxed. There is not even any strategy involved. I just bought whatever I need to unlock the next character and the chars main item and whatever seemed useful. And I got to wave 30+10 to 30+35 on my tries. I didnt even read the abilities at some point. It just doesnt matter to finish the game. The only possible challenge would be to figure out the best build to get to the highest possible wave in the "endless mode". The game needs to be harder. It should be difficult to get to wave 30. It shouldnt be possible by picking up whatever.
