aug 25 2019 my similar unit off ebay china is part no. PO6S-20 and comes
with a mystery circuit diagram. otherwise it could be what you have.
searching u-t here for a vid' newer than yours with my unit's p/n.
thanks for doing this vid. esp' the programming part using that one switch.
and noting the flashing for error is not accompanied by an audio alarm
on the 1 page op instr's that came with my unit is reference an an 'alarm'.
to try and clear up the connections the plan is to open the case and remove
the pcb so the circuit connections to the 1-4 screws are evident.
. a low-ohms resistor is expected in there that shows a V-drop the circuit uses
to determine amps. so the resistor will be a give-away which screws
the 110VAC is connected to.
it might be smart to look online further and/or write to the seller for
a better instruction sheet. your unit has the connection wiring circuit
on a device label. mine lacks that. which is the root of the problem
given the sheet it comes with shows a circuit with the input wired
to the output. and no load shown.

Where do the wires that read the amperage go ? One on negative one on positive ?

227V x 3.44A = 711,5 W but it should be 780,88 W it's an error of +/- 70
Watt. I have the PZEM-021 version 3.

When I set the required voltage, the display will flash. So I want to ask if he has any signal or control output. Somewhere on the board.
