Is there an outlet in the pantry off the kitchen to charge the Swiffer & a cordless vac? It's amazing to me that any contractor would build a beautiful home like that and wire it to the bare code minimums with no 20A circuits. Dollars to donuts, It's got a 150A, 30 circuit panel.
One thing I find weird about houses like this the entryways indent in like a square that takes away square footage of the house. By simply making that part of the house, you had a lot of square footage and pretty much add no cost to the build. I think it is a very poor design when I see that that’s square footage that could be inside.
House is beautiful but the neighborhood is absolutely terrible, car depended, unwalkable, I would not let my kids play outside at all. It's bland you would get depressed.
Lol. It's suburban Omaha. These people have zero imagination and none of these god awful developments fit with their natural environment. Namely the prairie or plains. It's simultaneously unsustainable and remarkably vapid.
All these new homes are as cold as ice. Zero character, they look like one room school houses from decades ago, white, white white, gray, gray gray. I don't want my kitchen in my living room. Oh yes, open concept, it is so cool. Marketing nonsense. No window trim, white baseboards, and we are supposed to somehow feel warmth from these spiritless boxes, no thanks!
Bill Burr has so many talents!
Don't go to Bennington right now looking for a house, a lot of them got destroyed.

I'd say most new homes if not all of them have or have the option to put outlets in the pantry...

Same house in Denver at least 2-3 times more--
Nice home with good price❤
Calling Bennington Omaha is a stretch. That commute sounds terrible
One word, unaffordable.

Two words.... Property tax.
