In April 2010, I went camping/fishing with my brother!
Caught a salmon at 8am
He gave me a small portion of the salmon, filleted it and cooked it over an open fire with a little lemon, salt, pepper, and butter.
I have been to many amazing restaurants, but to this day, that salmon was the best I have ever eaten.
Will the fish you cooked be as delicious as ours?
