You have in a commentary in one of your other videos about the hips / pelvis level, the dip being straight down & drive straight up then the legs split evenly forward and back. Finally getting the jerks to the proper motion. Thank You Very Much. Best sets I have ever had!!!!🙏⚡️💥✨😊💫

I remember a few months ago you explained why it's good in the jerk to land with your dominant leg BACK. I followed your advice and it really transformed my effectiveness in the jerk, made me much more comfortable and confident. Thanks so much for your videos.
Thanks for making- these two videos came out at a good time for me. I wanted to do your squat program but as I have a week long work trip that would occur in week 3 of the program I need to post pone it and do some other weightlifting training until after the trip.
Great video! I have started keeping my hands loose, and slightly more in my fingers. This has greatly improved my timing in the jerk, thank you for the que.
