I have followed this channel for a couple of years and I don't think I've seen Johnny react this much to a pepper he's eaten. I believe him when he says that THIS IS THE HOTTEST he's ever eaten.

I can't even imagine a pepper you could only eat one of! This is why you're the best. The amount you handle allows you to properly describe the taste and feel and stay composed. Not many if any could do what you do, let alone communicate it so well! The composure, whoa!

Hey Johnny, I tried the last dab x at the Portland hot sauce expo and met Ed Currie. I agree with your past videos saying it’s not that hot. I straight up said that to their face and they handed me a spoon at the booth with their “ special reserve “ pepper x hot sauce and their “ gator sauce” which is a blend of pepper x and their upcoming “ pepper y” that’s supposed to be hotter ( so they claim) and holy moly it was the hottest hot sauce I’ve ever had with natural pepper mash. I was burning for 20 min straight and I’d say I have an extremely high tolerance. They don’t really market their gator sauce and special reserve sauce ( which are half the price than last dab) because most people won’t be able to handle it. You should try a sample. I’d love to see your thoughts on those sauces of theirs. I think those may contain the true pepper x versus the last dab. At least my taste buds tasted a huge diff. Decent flavor on the special reserve though. Gator sauce ruined my taste buds so I can’t describe the taste lol

CTH is in its 8th season. The first year of my channel I ate peppers hotter than a reaper. Lots of peppers are hotter than a reaper these days. I've never eaten a hotter pepper than a Warthog

I think the video that says the most in favor of the warthog is the 30 chocolate primotali chalenge around a year ago, although you attacked that challenge way harder it speaks volumes in terms of the amount of pods you ate... the driver has spoken folks, this one welds the gas pedal to the floor.

I’ve had some peppers and I’m developing my ability to taking the heat but can I ask - does the amount you eat cause issues the second time it appears…. Tried to put that as nicely as I can. Lastly can I ask what you consume to recover after you have eaten the chillies. Love the videos really great 👏👏👏👏😊
