Thank you for this visit to Bahawalpur. I worked in Rahim Yar Khan and Uch Shariff for Shell Oil Co in !957-1958. But missed all the historical sites except Uch Shariff mazaars and irrigation canals left behind by the British. Thank you for filling my memory gap. Surprised to see so much greenery and flatland

I visited Bahawalpur in 2004. MASHALLAH is a good city, and I especially like Tando adam Chikcen Saji. I stayed in the Civic Hotel near Victoria Hospital for at least 10 days.

The road you took at 18:30 is the shortcut to Derawar that's through a village, that's why its a small and a bit bumpy road. If you went through ahmadpur city, the roads would be the same as you saw in bahawalpur city ❤️
