I think even that would be a problem. Assuming you ask the other person to give consent on a video & if the sexual act is not filmed, then they may still file a case claiming that they withdrew consent mid act. If however, the act along with the consent is filmed, even that could become a problem in the court. I'm not sure how the law works in such cases.

I feel this is fair well false rape allegations maybe not, but as child is born a certain responsibility has to be taken by the man I really don't think just money support would be enough in this case.
Dude he is paying not just child support but also settlement money and most of it will be used by the mother and not the child.
Also why would a 'man' pay for a child he doesn't need.There should be reproductive laws for males too.
If abortion is legal for women, then not paying child support should be legal for men.

Just for safety purposes can sex be recorded without telling the female partner that their act is getting recorded. And if unfortunately the female files a rape case, can this particular video be shown as a sign of consent, to prove that it wasn't a forceful act.
