Sometimes yea but as I played the build more I was able to learn to play around it. Your crit is gonna suffer a little if you drop camo so maybe switch to crit pots if you do?
Dont need to try this build to know you dont have enough sustain on this build. Even in the hands of the most efficient players this is not going to be enough if you get pressured which you didn't in those vids.

Huh? Stamsorc has built in sustain with dark deal. You literally don’t need anything else
Class Passives, imperial race, DDF, replace 1pc balorg with 1pc magma if you want and dragon app are all sources of sustain bro. You will be fine

Nirn should be on your ofhand ...
it actually shouldn't, main hand gives you the most damage.
There is never a reason to run nirn in your offhand unless you're going with two nirnhoned weapons to increase max weapon/Spell damage
