This is a list of gadgets and gear that you can use on foot. Many of them are really underrated. Some can be used in vehicles but these are mostly ones that you can activate on foot that are very helpful to different situations. Did I miss any let me know down below?

The R/C Bandito is some of the best money I've spent in the game. I'm a moron so I'm always fighting multiple people. I don't lose though because I can always hop in and get out of trouble when I'm in a bad spot.
Heavy Utility Vest would have probably fit this list - it's only really useful for heists, but if you play a lot of heists, it's worth it. Also, I don't think it works for the Doomsday heists

Should've done Bombushka as a special mention helps on mc sales. (the cargo bay isn't blocked as long as you don't get any other upgrades than speed and respray), Note that liveries block the cargo bay.
No the titan blows up with the cars in it. At least with the bombushka you can upgrade armor and still put the vans inside and it won't explode from damage. The titan can't upgrade armor causing it to explode with vehicles inside.
@KFC Bucket not sure if it still works but when your current research item is about to be finish go wait on the computer screen and wait for it to change when u see the new item and it's not the thing you want, you quickly close your game and wait for your current research to finish again and the next research will be different. Keep doing it until you get the item you want
Just for those that didn’t know, the thermal helmet allows you to shoot through walls and buildings occasionally but not all the time. Hitting people hiding on roofs usually has the highest success rate in my opinion.
You can definitely use thermal in vehicles. It's awesome for the avenger's cannons. You can also hold the right d-pad button on foot to flip the quad lens up and down whilst leaving it activated (as in, turning the effect on and off without the interaction menu)

Ruiner 2000 should have Insurgent like Armor just because its based off Nightrider (Yeah it’ll be a bit overpowered but Id rather use a Ruiner 2000 to kill Oppressors lol)
As an alien character, the Up-N-Atomizer is a really good weapon choice to force enemies out of cover, blow up explosives, and to get things out when they are stuck. Especially if the Post OP van is stuck is between the trees...
Rather than explosive sniper I would generalise it to explosive rounds. Explosive slugs on the Pump Shotgun Mk2 at $75 a shot are a very cheap alternative to stickies and grenade launchers/RPG. Very useful. Also nice video, keep it up
You're idea of a rocket launcher that can only attack air vehicles is a really good idea to counter the oppressor mk2. Its better than just making an even more powerful vehicle imo
A dude kept orbital cannoning me with his friends in oppressors, then started a heist. They didn’t recognize me so they let me stay and I got revenge by letting them work hard to not get hit (it was pacific standards and they did fairly decent but obviously put in lots of effort) and then leaving right before it ended, thereby wasting their time and effort. Don’t fuck with my full counterfeit cash or your efforts getting wasted (pun intended)

another thing up and atomizers are good for is stopping vehicles in missions. when i start up special cargo and get the mission where i have to stop the police van, the up and atomizer is great for stopping it. make sure you hit the side of the vehicle though so it tips over
I picked up the up and atomizer when it went on for 40% off a month or so ago. So useful for getting vehicles unstuck or moving them out of your way. Resupply missions where the cargo is sensitive and there are cars or crates in the way, it works great. I had a burning car land on top of the FIB agent that had the security pass to get in to grab the hacking device, blasted it off him, got the pass, and booked it to lose the cops.
The up n atomizer is just fun to use. The explosive sniper can come in handy against MK2 players too. I wasn't sure about the RC car, but I'll have to get it when it's on sale again. The terrorbyte drone has come in handy against griefers too.

They do deffo need a heavy homing / combat homing launcher. The drawback is like most actual handheld launchers is it should put you in a scope view and limit your fov. Love your content man keep it up
Did you even think this through just because one vehicle is op doesn't mean we need a weapon that renders helicopters completely useless and other aircraft by that matter just nerf opressor mk2 or git gud at the game cuz oppressors don't bother me it's easy to snipe them of stop thinking with your ass
I think the best balancing for the MKII and several vehicles in the game would be to make it so that homing weapons/missiles don’t lock onto other players.
Honestly explosive sniper shouldnt be a problem for skilled jet fighters as we learn to fly directly above you to were you can't hit the jet. But if the pilot is inexperienced then they will struggle against this
Interesting choices Pro. The Explosive Sniper is a fun and great weapon to play with, however, the ammo for it costs a lot of money and you aren't given too much ammo either, so sometimes, I just don't bother with using it
Definitley agree on the counter to the MK2. I have killed more people on Oppressors on the ground than I have with anything else. You quickly figure out who is truly good on an MK2 when they have to free aim you with missiles. In the meantime, you get enough time to land afew shots on them with no real protection.
10:20 i have an idea. Some kind of "guided taser". you lock on the oppressor, and the person falls out of the bike tased. That would be a PERFECT counter.
One day I was helping my friend to sell cocaine and I caught his boat in the land, and it appeared that the product was lost, but I was able to unlock the boat with Up on atomizer and the product came back and I was able to make the sale (Just like in the vídeo)

I love the scuba suit, saved it as an outfit in case I need it in an emergency. The up and atom is great for taking out fences or getting vehicles unstuck. Best investment

Explosive sniper is..mixed for me. As someone who primarily uses aircraft in GTA since im a fairly decent pilot i hate randomly being shot when im minding my own business or even just lazily flying around. On the other hand i would say its useful as a utility weapon, but these days jets are pretty low on the pvp totem poll and honestly almost any plane from smuggler’s run can take out hydra or lazer if its coordinated so these days the sniper just tends to grief other players. Honestly give it an obvious tracer and its balanced, its mostly how impossible it can be to detect unless you saw its vector that makes it so annoying. A first strike weapon that is a pain to anyone who felt like flying within a mile of a skittish player isnt very fair
For the bandito, it is good for travel. If you want to get out of it, press and hold down and left on the Dpad, then press Y and your character will get out of it
The explosive shotgun pretty good within range... has same effect as the sniper. You spoke about a weapon that could counter the mk2, .... i don’t think thst would solve the crises. Mk2 oppressor needs some sort of nerf.
Honestly I wouldn't mind if they made the rail gun available in Online simply to counter jets and oppressors. I know it's available during some of the gunrunning resupply missions, but those are unique scenarios.
The up n atomiser is one of the best gadgets in the game. It's saved me from losing money when a delivery vehicle gets stuck somewhere, at one point it saved me from losing 1.3 million when my delivery vehicle got wedged on a box I'd just dropped.
I never used night vision I always used quad lens, but I will reconsider now. And I never thought of buying the upnatomizer anytime soon, so really helpful. but the bandito is too expensive so not anytime soon Also an emp weapon would be good for oppressors. And the tryhards you mention sound pathetic.
Not a tool, but a vehicle that has served me so well all the time: the stromberg. I cannot recommend it enough. Because A) it has explosive resistance up to 6 missles (but may explode after some time by 2 or 3 missles). B) it's own missles are ruiner tier. C) every piece of weaponry on the vehicle comes stock. D) it can go underwater and enemy missles don't hit you underwater (but only when actually submerdged underwater, NOT floating on the surface). E) there are actually pretty easy strategies with this vehicle to defeat oppressors.
Hello, I am a local farmer of San Francisco. In the video, you mention the idea of “add not a new vehicle, but add a new infantry weapons”. I strongly agree with that idea, because Instead of adding a new overpower vehicle that make the game environment get worst, adding a weapon that counter special type of vehicle can nerf the object without direct nerf it’s feature, it also give ground player a chance to express their skill. In my personal experience, the issue with oppressor MK2 is that it have an overwhelming mobility, which is too difficult for ground player to hit the target, and if your simply nerf it’s flying speed, it not going change much due to it small size. To solve this problem, I have an idea of by adding a large bullet spread weapon that sort of like shotgun, but have a longer fire rang. This will make the player easier to hit the small target, maybe even add strong push force to push the rider off the vehicle, but the main idea is to threaten the rider, which hopefully will stop their brain dead action and start to play smart. I like to think that is a special bullet for the mech gun, which you unlock it by doing mission . But, the problem I found in this weapon is that might be have large impact on jet or plane. Their size is larger which make them much easier to get hit than mk2. So in order to balance it, we can either give it low damage on vehicles and/or slow down the mobility when using it. The weapon suppose to be self defense, not mass murder. Other than this, if there anything you sick bastard thought is too overpower or weak or even a new idea, please discuss under the chat. An anti Air minigun trailer with explosive rounds that can only aum up (equivalent of the phalanx anti ballistic missile turret) could be a good vehicle against mk2s

So I bought a scuba suit and rarely used it outside of just having fun, but then the Diamond Casino Heist and Cayo Perico heist came out, and now I use it in preps often.
i have done that before. singleplayer, invincibility and explosive rounds cheat, then use the minigun. you can add in explosive punches and super jump if you want to. probably some of the most fun i have had in GTA
Common thing in mmo RPG, when you hit a player, you get "flagged", you've basically entered combat mode for a minute or so if you damage any player. If someone flagged, in air vehicle, make that magic rocket launcher have ability to lock on to just these flying flagged players. That's important, so that no one would shoot down guys on random air vehicles for no reason.
The biggest issue I see with having the explosive sniper is not having the regular ammo when you have it equipped. Regular ammo (plus thermal) is better to fight ground targets and the explosive ammo is better for jets and helis.
@@xerevious7435 maybe a good idea would be to send a message to anyone flying a jet in the session you are if they want to do friendly dogfights or something, maybe creating a crew for that would be cool. That's what I do to find people who want to sell product.
Just use oppresor mk2, done, easy, now you’ll win any fight or whatever situation you got in, the most broken thing ever, the oppressor mk2 that rockstar planned to add into the game to ruin our gameplay
A good counter to the MK II that won’t be overpowered is the anti aircraft missiles as they don’t detonate until they hit the target and do tight turns
RC bandito is great for avoiding griefers, only way they can see you while you’re in the car is the orbital cannon or if they happen to lock onto you with a vehicle that has missiles, I’ve only had a few people be able to find me once I’m in it and only cause they happened to lock onto me with their mk2 or somethin
The trouble is: The weapon vs vehicle counter mindset is indeed seems the good option. But trust me, any missile launcher with homing function wont work either against mkII because they just use countermeasures..

Yesterday they threw me 2 Orbital Cannons, and for the third one, I used the RC Bandito and I made it 3-0

Wearing the heavy utility vest during the original heists seems more useful than using the RC Bandito to escape griefers in freemode to me.

I think the best balancing for the MKII and several vehicles in the game would be to make it so that homing weapons/missiles don’t lock onto other players.
Honestly explosive sniper shouldnt be a problem for skilled jet fighters as we learn to fly directly above you to were you can't hit the jet. But if the pilot is inexperienced then they will struggle against this
Interesting choices Pro. The Explosive Sniper is a fun and great weapon to play with, however, the ammo for it costs a lot of money and you aren't given too much ammo either, so sometimes, I just don't bother with using it

Definitley agree on the counter to the MK2. I have killed more people on Oppressors on the ground than I have with anything else. You quickly figure out who is truly good on an MK2 when they have to free aim you with missiles. In the meantime, you get enough time to land afew shots on them with no real protection.

10:20 i have an idea. Some kind of "guided taser". you lock on the oppressor, and the person falls out of the bike tased. That would be a PERFECT counter.

I love the scuba suit, saved it as an outfit in case I need it in an emergency. The up and atom is great for taking out fences or getting vehicles unstuck. Best investment

Explosive sniper is..mixed for me.
As someone who primarily uses aircraft in GTA since im a fairly decent pilot i hate randomly being shot when im minding my own business or even just lazily flying around.
On the other hand i would say its useful as a utility weapon, but these days jets are pretty low on the pvp totem poll and honestly almost any plane from smuggler’s run can take out hydra or lazer if its coordinated so these days the sniper just tends to grief other players.
Honestly give it an obvious tracer and its balanced, its mostly how impossible it can be to detect unless you saw its vector that makes it so annoying. A first strike weapon that is a pain to anyone who felt like flying within a mile of a skittish player isnt very fair

For the bandito, it is good for travel. If you want to get out of it, press and hold down and left on the Dpad, then press Y and your character will get out of it
The explosive shotgun pretty good within range... has same effect as the sniper.

A good counter weapon is the up n atomizer, knock them off their bike and shoot them while they’re getting up
Honestly I wouldn't mind if they made the rail gun available in Online simply to counter jets and oppressors. I know it's available during some of the gunrunning resupply missions, but those are unique scenarios.

The up n atomiser is one of the best gadgets in the game. It's saved me from losing money when a delivery vehicle gets stuck somewhere, at one point it saved me from losing 1.3 million when my delivery vehicle got wedged on a box I'd just dropped.

I never used night vision I always used quad lens, but I will reconsider now. And I never thought of buying the upnatomizer anytime soon, so really helpful. but the bandito is too expensive so not anytime soon

Not a tool, but a vehicle that has served me so well all the time: the stromberg. I cannot recommend it enough. Because A) it has explosive resistance up to 6 missles (but may explode after some time by 2 or 3 missles). B) it's own missles are ruiner tier. C) every piece of weaponry on the vehicle comes stock. D) it can go underwater and enemy missles don't hit you underwater (but only when actually submerdged underwater, NOT floating on the surface). E) there are actually pretty easy strategies with this vehicle to defeat oppressors.

Hello, I am a local farmer of San Francisco.
In the video, you mention the idea of “add not a new vehicle, but add a new infantry weapons”. I strongly agree with that idea, because Instead of adding a new overpower vehicle that make the game environment get worst, adding a weapon that counter special type of vehicle can nerf the object without direct nerf it’s feature, it also give ground player a chance to express their skill.
In my personal experience, the issue with oppressor MK2 is that it have an overwhelming mobility, which is too difficult for ground player to hit the target, and if your simply nerf it’s flying speed, it not going change much due to it small size.
To solve this problem, I have an idea of by adding a large bullet spread weapon that sort of like shotgun, but have a longer fire rang. This will make the player easier to hit the small target, maybe even add strong push force to push the rider off the vehicle, but the main idea is to threaten the rider, which hopefully will stop their brain dead action and start to play smart.
I like to think that is a special bullet for the mech gun, which you unlock it by doing mission .
But, the problem I found in this weapon is that might be have large impact on jet or plane. Their size is larger which make them much easier to get hit than mk2. So in order to balance it, we can either give it low damage on vehicles and/or slow down the mobility when using it. The weapon suppose to be self defense, not mass murder.
Other than this, if there anything you sick bastard thought is too overpower or weak or even a new idea, please discuss under the chat. I like to believe that gta players are bunch of commander that solve the problem by technique and/or scientist that introduce weirdo alien tech, and discussion really help the game stay alive.

i have done that before. singleplayer, invincibility and explosive rounds cheat, then use the minigun. you can add in explosive punches and super jump if you want to. probably some of the most fun i have had in GTA

Common thing in mmo RPG, when you hit a player, you get "flagged", you've basically entered combat mode for a minute or so if you damage any player. If someone flagged, in air vehicle, make that magic rocket launcher have ability to lock on to just these flying flagged players. That's important, so that no one would shoot down guys on random air vehicles for no reason.
The biggest issue I see with having the explosive sniper is not having the regular ammo when you have it equipped. Regular ammo (plus thermal) is better to fight ground targets and the explosive ammo is better for jets and helis.
Explosive sniper ruined freemode dogfighting. As did the mk2
Then do it in a session with your friends only. Flying in a jet in any public lobby is dangerous nowadays.
For me it's still passive mode abuse, everytime Im close to winning (boom) they go into passive mode

A good counter to the MK II that won’t be overpowered is the anti aircraft missiles as they don’t detonate until they hit the target and do tight turns
RC bandito is great for avoiding griefers, only way they can see you while you’re in the car is the orbital cannon or if they happen to lock onto you with a vehicle that has missiles, I’ve only had a few people be able to find me once I’m in it and only cause they happened to lock onto me with their mk2 or somethin
I partly agree with explosive sniper, the jet part i agree with. But in pvp on ground its very irritating as a pvp player

The weapon vs vehicle counter mindset is indeed seems the good option. But trust me, any missile launcher with homing function wont work either against mkII because they just use countermeasures..
