Thank you, Molly! Your videos really do help. Energy is so hard to balance! I usually feel like I have too much or too little. I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy in '16 and since then, well actually, I have always been trying to control it. Stuff to make you sleep, followed by things to keep you awake. I would love to be able to go back to base and see how that feels. Unfortunately, I have to work and function, so being majorly sleep-deprived( little deep sleep, mostly REM) and extremely emotional, doesn't fly. My Chiron is at 29 Pisces in 9th house, and ascendant at 14 Cancer, Sun in Cap in 7th house. This July 5 full moon in Cap seems like a great day to start letting go of trying to control my energy and just let it flow. Swimming laps, and guarding my lane, at the local outdoor saline pool will be a good place to start. Best, Carol

Pisces NN at 29 degrees. I have grown to love these voids and liminal spaces in life. I do my art and let the universe do the heavy lifting. It all works out in the end. I am 55, and I have finally learned to just go with the flow. My art has become a version of automatic writing, I just realized this a week ago when I began cataloging my collections and writing artist statements for them. They are guiding me towards something, I don't know what it is, but I trust them.
