You'll need to turn v-sync off to achieve a stable 60 fps. I only have it on because I'm not playing on a monitor and that's why I was getting frame drops.

Did you set everything to match my settings in the beginning of the video? What hardware are you running on?
@@Bonedown530 not everything same,2080ti rog(default acceleration),i9-9900k(default acc),and 32gb ram 4000mhz hyperX predator.
