WhiskyCast HD: The Balblair Distillery Team

In the old days, as many as 14 men made whisky at Balblair Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Now, just 7 men are needed...but they do a little of everything during the week, from running the stills to mowing the lawn and painting barrel heads. We'll meet some of the Balblair team in this episode.

A good nose, and a superior dram, my favourite. Ralfy won a bottle of Balblair as first prize for his skillful tasting expertise.

I do like the outline of the HD episodes. In lack of better explanation - they fell clean, calm and smooth to me. Like a fine dram ;)

I have a 75 and 78 vintage bottling of Balblair which I will never open due to their rarity
