what is this genre of music
It's melody rock, try searching rokugen alice, denkare, kalafina, unlucky morpheus, and Imperial circus dead decadence, those bands fit the genre
to be specific they are a Gothic Lolita band, which musically is a style that blends Visual Kei, J-Pop and Orchestral, i recommend checking also Yousei Teikoku, Elfensjón (same composer of Asriel), Pratanallis, LA KIA, Alieson and Ayutrica, also Yuyoyuppe-P and Muryoku-P if you like Vocaloid stuff, which are part of the same aesthetic. Rokugen Alice tbh is one of the best bands of this style, especially their first albums, "Kubitsuri no Oka" is one of my fav song of all times ^^
