That first unused jingle isn't actually unused. It plays when you do a bad performance in a song, such as getting lots of "shits" or "misses".
And the second one is when you do perfect in a song, pretty much GFCs.

Maybe it's for the fight thing with Pico and Darnell since Pico makes Darnell flinch throughout that song? Don't know if that's what a fakeout is, but it could've been that🤷🏾♀️

It actually is used, it's an extremely rare animation that can happen when you get game over, boyfriend clenches up, nothing happens as he taps himself, swipes sweat off his head thinking he's safe, then gets blue balled outta nowhere.
Phantom arcade said he wanted a super rare death screen so I'm guessing it is used but has an extremely low chance of happening
