The best feeling is when Simsie posts! Baking streams are like a special treat for us
Dan is so sweet and wholesome. You can tell he loves her so very much.
He is literally talking over her like crazy...
The way you said "Are you getting a Snack" was SO BRITISH HAHAHHA Love it
I thought I was the only one
i can't believe how bigg the "gutter kitties" have gotten. they grow so fast. they are so pretty (LOVE jet black kitties)
Thought that said “guitar kitties” and I was so confused 😂😂
@@kelsidysinger7667 BWAHAHA - them some talented kitties....
For anyone wondering:
Apple crisp usually has oats as Simsie said, and a looser consistency than crumble. Apple crumble has a more clumpy texture than a crisp, so it sets into a more consistent layer on top of the fruit. Crumble recipes do occasionally call for some oats too, but with a higher flour and butter ratio than a crisp so it’s still not as light and loose. And apple cobbler has biscuit dough on top, or rarely a batter.
Happy turkey day for those who celebrate!! Extra thankful this year for stumbling upon this wonderful community 💖 🦃
I'm new to Lilsimsie channels, and I LOVE her content so much. Now that I've seen Dan, I just love them for each other. Their back and forth commentary was hilarious. 😂
i love watching them play mario kart and fall guys whilst drinking, is such a fun stream and shes done a few drinking streams
Italian here, I've seen hot dog sausages chopped up then mixed in tomato sauce to eat with spaghetti plenty of times as a child, I can't blame Dan for doing it
This is so fun I’ve not been here long and it’s strange seeing simsie doing something other than gaming. So frigen cute 😭🤣
snappy is so adorable
my Mom, Grandma and I always put Flour on our rolling pins before rolling out any kind of dough to prevent sticking.
Happy thanksgiving ya'll!
Hi Kayla! I used to hate rolling crust dought too. Just a tip: press less strongly at the beginning. gently use the roller to keep the circle shape. Pushing too much immediately will stretch the dought in one direction and you'll loose the rounded shape. Hope it helps!
The crumble comes from the way the top is created, rather then a flat pastry the top is litrally crumbled over the top of the apples which is then cooked in the oven until the top is crisp. You then sprinkle sugar on top and it is yummy.
Love the baking streams. They're my favourites. ❤🥧
beautiful kitchen omg
hey, im from germany and adidas is actually a german brand and the way dan says it is the right way HAHAH love your little convos about your different accents :)
oh i love that celebrations box! i am canadian so we have all of those treats here all the time
for some reason watching kayaks vids, vods or streams calms down my tics lol!
Happy thanksgiving everyone! ❤
My favorite Sims TH-camr reading my favorite book! This must be a dream! I hope it's a great adventure for you!
that hairstyle totally suits you
The apples are so much more shiny than they are in Norway - it blew my mind 🤯😂
In the US they get a special wax coating before they get put into stores, most of the EU doesn’t do it to the US extreme 🙈
@ Thank you for explaining!! Norway doesn’t actually sell Norwegian apples (many stores has admitted to this!) but the apples that are sold shine as much as an American peach or plum.. 😂 Apples directly from farms here are absolutely beautiful, though (and extremely sweet!).. Anyway, my mind is still blown 😅
I’m rewatching this just for background noise and my 3 year old (who loves pumpkin anything!) walked by and asked what you were baking. I told her a pumpkin pie and she said “good job making pumpkin pie!” 😆😍
2:07:42 My dad has said "Apple pie without the cheese is like a hug without a squeeze" and that must be a regional thing. Sounds weird to me.
uk here. My husband has hotdogs with spaghetti and in mac and cheese 😂
We get Advent calendars and celebration chocolates, in Australia.
Watched this while peeling potatoes with my mom
I’m Australian but I got inspired by this yesterday and baked a pumpkin pie for the first time. Had to roast a pumpkin because we don’t have pumpkin purée in a can here
I’m eating pumpkin pie right now! How did it turn out? :)
@ delicious!
2:41:08 yeah cuz your British dan lmaoo!! Also, i discovered British Chinese food and ... yikes
Happy thanksgiving y’all 🎃🥧
Happy Thanksgiving!!! Love your videos!!!!
I miss celebrations when i moved from the uk 😭
The USA isn't the only good country to be in for concerts, Vancouver is a nice place and it's nice we got to have her here for her tour
when you said you've never heard of winco it shocked me me to my soul.
Canada has a lot of those treats too! 😋
I've seen people, including my family, putting hot dogs in spaghetti here in canada
kayla is SUCH a cutie!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!❤️
you are so amazing simsie
loveee baking simsie ❤
Happy thanksgiving
this video has reminded me that i need to buy tin foil... thanks guys, peace x
Im extra late but if you add flour to your rolling pin it’ll reduce the stick
More I watch Kayla the more I wonder what DOES Kayla like to eat? 😅 She hates everything
she’s plant based so it limits her a bit but from what i know she likes stuff like pasta and tofu and stuff like that :)
Hiiiiii ❤ happy thanksgiving ❤
this is so cuteeee
kayla is so cute :(
I love simsie
it's a great resource for people who want to read books and they don't have a kindle or something so they listen to people reading books on TH-cam if they're blind there's a lot of resources out there for people so it's not stealing. Don't put that idea in people's minds because you're going to limit people
Friend, she's not saying audiobooks in general are stealing. Audiobooks that are approved by the author are totally fine. What shes trying to say is that having a random person, like herself, upload an audiobook or live reading is stealing. Trying to do that could get her a harsh copyright strike or even into serious legal trouble. It's a legitimate form of piracy and is actively taking away sales from the author. Regardless of your personal stance on piracy, she could still get in trouble doing something like that-- Much less on a public platform like twitch and with a large online presence. There's no need to shame her for that.
americans dont have mini versions of chocolate brands? :0
You could be very proud of yourself with your baked goods. It looks scrumptious 😊 I for one do not like the taste of celery 😅
Have you ever tried to make macarons?
does anyone know why the latest mysims kingdom stream hasn't been uploaded yet?
so thats dan sry but you sometimes talk about him but its nice to put the name to the face na jk happy thanksgiving
Wait, why is a butter with lactic acid in it promoted as vegan? lmao I mean, I'm not vegan so I'm not offended but that only comes from animals.
There is lactic acid that's not from animals. A lot of lactic acid comes from fermenting fruits or veggies.
@@hannahbumbebee oh ok that makes sense
Not a fan how he is talking over you so constantly Kayla very annoying. You dont deserve that youre too sweet
Firstttt❤
I just wish Kayla would be more real with people. she puts on a facade which sucks because I want to get to know the real Kayla. I really want her to tell us her story and battle with eating disorders. I think it would help a lot of her young viewers, especially since she has such a young audience I think it would be a benefit to go through how it happened how long she's dealt with it where she is now and how she got help I think it would be so amazing
It could be really helpful to some people but ultimately it is up to her. Having a large audience doesn't mean that she has to speak out about her personal struggles if she is not comfortable.
Kayla is not being less real with anyone by not talking about her history with disordered eating. She has shown us who she is. She's just choosing not to discuss it. The idea that Kayla has to share and owes the world an explanation somehow is incredibly toxic. She could help a lot of people, but it is her choice. If she wants to share, she will. We all have trauma of some sort. The people who are inspired to share their stories tend to fare better because they prepare themselves for what the judgemental people on the internet will have to say. Some people share and wind up relapsing. You don't know what's going on in the background in Kayla's life and you're not entitled to that information.
