As someone who has had to deal with the family court, a lot, because of my ex-husband… Looking at that MSA, she just has to get a job, stay employed for 6 months and do a psyche eval. and as a therapist, his behavior pattern sets off tons of red flags as a narcissist, who successfully manipulated the Family Court system (and probably guardian ad litem) AND has the money to do so. i’ve seen it so many times it never ceases to amaze me how many are proud of themselves! One father tricked his 18-year-old child into taking a bit of a gap year… He did this to exploit a state law that required parents to pay for college, but only if the education was continuous. He’s still proud of this 20 years later SMH.

I’m far more likely to take his side that hers, because of the settlement paperwork he showed. She has 0 days or nights visitation to her children and is required to have a full psychiatric assessment before that can change. That isn’t something that courts just do for fun. ETA When I say side with, I mean believe the side of rather than support.
