I love Tomas Karlborg’s classes, I just did one of the brand new holiday ones (the Christmas one with Mayara Magri and Matthew Ball) and had a great time. It felt very festive.
My workout routine usually involves strength training, cardio and pilates. I'm trying to find balance with those along with stretching because I've noticed I'm not consistent with it. I usually do home workouts because they help me when I feel unmotivated. I think I'm overdoing it and would probably just stick to pilates, stretching and some cardio until I can get my life back in order. I've been going through a tough time lately mentally an physically and I just want to take some time for my self, little by little.
