Is this a local builder, or are you building through an architectural firm?
Local foreman!! if you do contractor they charge a lot more and inflate costs and how much materials that are used!! We do everything so no hidden costs and no surprises at the end of the build!!

The metal deck needs to be capped at the ends. The inefficiency is amazing. Aggregate being put into bags. Use a wheelbarrow.
