- Today we're taking you along for a typical day training out of Sitjaopho, a well-know gym run by Kru F in Hua Hin, Thailand. We'll also take you to some local fights to experience what it's like competing in Muay Thai in Thailand.

3:38 something about adults in boxing gloves needing to use both hands to drink will never not be hilarious to me.

yess lets go anna
Thanks, Dorito!
Hi Anna, i love your content especially this one. Can you share the cost of training & accomodation? I would love to visit Sitjaopho around this year, thank you for your response 🙏🙏
Sitjaopho!!!!❤🇹🇭
you have great form on the pads
What is the spray you use for the gloves?
I love your content! Muay Thai ASMR haha. Approximately how much should I expect to pay if I plan on training in Sitjaopho for a month? Kind regards!
Thanks! A month, training twice a day (morning and afternoon), is 10,000 baht. If you're only training once a day, it's a bit less, but I don't remember how much.
was this the first fight for both foreigners?
hi im planning to go to Hua Hin in the enar future to train at Sitjappho. I was just wondering how did you get to Hua Hin? Also can you speak english in Hua Hin?
Yes, Kru F is very fluent in English, most of the trainers speak some level of English as well.
We took a private shuttle from Bangkok that cost around $70.
@@CombatCultureUSA where did you stay and how did you travel around while in Hua Hin?
@@erictang3529 For the first four weeks, we stayed at Maleesa place, because it was right next to the main mall, Market Village, and a short ride away from the Night Market. We eventually moved to the Triple Z hotel for our last two weeks, because we wanted to be closer to the gym.
We ordered Grabs to get around (similar to Uber). Most rides were around $3 - $4 one way. Most of the people at the gym get around using scooters, but since it was the two of us, carrying large gym bags, it was easier to use the rideshare service.
What are your thoughts on the Isami Gloves?
Great gloves, would recommend if you can get your hands on them.
@@CombatCultureUSAThank you! I caught a glimpse of them when Alby was cleaning the gloves. I’m guessing those are Isami’s Thai gloves? I’ve been looking for reviews on them but I only see one on TH-cam so hopefully y’all can upload your thoughts in the future! Cheers!
খুব সুন্দর
আমাদের মতো শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য খুব সুন্দর ভিডিও। thanks
Drinking ice water while working out will make you more tired because it uses more energy to consume
Very stange Gym. I can't put my finger on it.
Sugar after training is a myth, don't do it.
Sugar and carbs convert to glycogen and atp in cells not a myth science fact
