I did some research myself in books. Many ways to do VSP. This is one of the proper ways.
Also you want max of 2 grape clusters per vertical shoot that reaches top of trellis. There is a certain leaf node to cluster ration. I believe it to be
12-18 leaf nodes : 1 cluster
