It was leaking from the intake manifold, that's why it went away after he took it off and put it back. I dont think the injectors were a problem or it would have had a code. That's sounded like way too much work. You could spray brake cleaner around the intake and all the hoses and listen for the engine to rev high then that's where the leak would be.

He didn't find one. Although once the top end was reassembled it was running fine so something was probably misaligned, or maybe a gasket pinched, etc.

Brother my 4 cylinder suzuki dzire have same code system too lean on bank 1. I had bad battery which I recently replaced, checked my air filter area for air leakage. Clear obd code but after some time code still pops up. My car giving awesome milage on cng gas kit but, not good on petrol. I feel my car running with very low torque and have low power until it reaches to some respectable rpm.
I have the same issue with my 2013 Corolla, I have replaced my o2 sensors as the mechanic said that was the problem, however my engine light turned on again 2 days later I cleaned my MAF sensor but the engine light is still on, I have hard starting problems if that helps ????

I changed my valve cover gaskets on my ‘01 tundra. Before that it had 3 cylinders misfiring, now it’s all but cylinder 4. MAF/Intake temperature sensor code also comes on, as well as system too lean. Any suggestions? Maybe I messed up the spark plug wires ? Might have missed a bolt on the intake manifold, also replaced the plenum gaskets.

Mine has had this twice. Same code, same split hose. I cut it back the first time and it lasted another couple of years then split again.
Is there a way of knowing for sure? My mechanic bought me a new mass air flow sensor and my light came back on a few days later
