Hey! I'm quite a beginner too but I found this: momentjs.com/docs/#/displaying/format/
Maybe this has what you're looking for? You may need to edit it manually in the source mode of the template to enforce it though.
Also theres a plugin: Multi Properties to bulk add properties to notes. It might help!
