Here we are live races already. It seems so soon after the Dunes project was announced. So impressive. I have one rules tweak for your consideration. Lando in his last race missed the ramp entirely. He went over the dirt then rammed a foal car. He was credited with crossing the finish line, which is a 100% fair track rule. It is fair, but it might be more fun to define the rule to require crossing the actual line on the ramp. In the Lando example, he would get a DNF. ( Though he could get +/-1 for coal cars). One reason might be to add some uncertainty to finishes. Cars with fast starts can still blow the win. Another reason is I suspect some racers (I am looking at you Sneaky Bob) might try to exploit the off-ramp finish. It (probably) avoids the risk of the minus one coal car for example. FWIW. I have a weakness for these sort of rules twists.
