Ingredients:
2 boxes of pie crust dough (you will need for pie crust dough)
1 Lb can Yams (Drained)
1/2 Cup instant vanilla pudding
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of sugar, white
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
3/4 cup of evaporated milk
2 eggs
Recipe will make 60 mini Tarts
