@Kainat Shahid they try to, but most of the time university hires the staff based on favouritism. Only few are competent and they do their best.

@Kainat Shahid: The key to learning anything lies with the students, and not the teacher! After watching this video on the internet on NLP, what else would you want to know from Dr Rafiq Dar? It was an excellent presentation by Dr Dar.

Psycholinguistics is a different subject mainly focusing on how language is acquired by human mind since birth and then later stages

Doesn't change the fact that NLP is pseudo-science. As a matter of fact, most renowned psychologists don't even consider it a science as its claims are not based on empirical evidence.

Sir, I am Debashis Chatterjee from India. I am a Mechanical Engineer, 65 yrs old, superannuated from Tata Steel Ltd. I am a hardcore technical trainer. Now, I have chosen NLP to learn. I have gone through a couple of books and found it very complicated as I have not studied psychology. I am really amazed to see your class video and learned how a very complicated topic can be made so easy and understandable. My regards....🙏💕

    LECTURE 1: COMMUNICATION AND FLEXIBILITY
    • NLP Is the art and science of communication (Effective), the ability to transform the language to deliver a message by molding the language from person to person
    • Communication= response
    • Ability to deliver the same information you have in mind through language is called programming
    • Language: words, signals, gestures, body language
    • Rhythm in your speech blocks the critical mind of the listener and information goes directly into the subconscious mind
    • Stories block your critical mind
    • Applying NLP can create change ( behavior change is always instant)
    • Current state is changed is the desired state
    • For practicing NLP you must be highly flexible ( psychological, physical, etc)
    • Flexibility in your speaking style ( vary your tone from person to person)
    • In communication we filter the information coming from outside ( called experience)
    • Analyze the information if it is on the extreme side whether good or bad and don’t decide instantly, don’t be impressed or distressed immediately (just like a good or lousy handshake)
    • Being flexible will open a lot of new doors of success for you
    • Understand presuppositions of NLP to understand people
    • Respect other people’s world views, the map is not the territory
    • There is no resistant client in this world, it’s just how we speak otherwise we can convince any person in this world
    • Every person is suggestible by someone
    • Every person on this planet is resourceful
    • People are not bad it’s their attitude
    • You become flexible when you have choices
    • Average choice is better than no choice
    • Principles of NLP: knowing yourself, flexibility, feedback, presupposition, rapport, and outcome
    • Benefits of NLP are it gives you choices that create achievements and later lead to excellence

Communication & Flexibility leads to success in any profession and as well as to maintain a good relations with family and all wherever u want ….
These both are missing in our society….

Voice tone-Rhythm, stories can shut critical mind.
    Behavioral change is always instant
NLP practice karne ke liye flexibility honi chahiye
Inflexibility is one of the barriers to success
Be positive, think ppl can be tensed etc if they don't behave well
Don't judje ppl in first meeting by their good pr bad behavior (extremes)
    Hold on.
    Maybe they want something
    Maybe they are sad etc
    Map is not a territory
Jo banda aapse jo bat karta hai, vo vo nahi hai.
Ho sakta hai vo andar se vo na ho.
    Every person is suggest able.
There are no unresorsful ppl, only unresoursful states.
Flexibility vaha hoti h jaha options hote h
    Flexibility se chances aate h
    Failure is just a feedback
Nlp is all about being flexible n creating choices
