If you want a soft colour with your ribbon, dip it and water first. That way it will absorb less of the colour stain. Beautiful cards, they make a great set!

Woooow, this is my first time seeing a project that I really like with the blackout technique. I previously had no interest in trying it, but this project changed my mind! Very reminiscent of a chalkboard. Oooh maybe I could use a dark green instead of black for even more of a chalkboard look. Love these cards! When I saw the reveal I knew you'd love and use the new distress sprays A LOT and I have not been proven wrong 😂
