definitely a lineup for a particular ear, not for everyone. Some people don’t get it and some people are super stoked. I’m planning to hit both weekends specifically because of the amount of people on the lineup I want to see lol
I love this topic! I think a lot of it has to do with the online narrative this year about a lack luster line-up and slow ticket sales….No one feels the Urgency!

The hype isn't there because of prices along with lack of places to stay&rent. I think the cost is outrageous but I also did pay for a ticket because I love the line up and I have discovered some super cool artists. If you don't like exploring new artists and youre there for the hype its gonna be mid at best no matter the festival...Honestly I am so excited for it to be empty weekend two the vibes are gonna be amazing with smaller crowds specially for crowds like knock2xisoxo, faye, mall grab, Barry cant swim, bicep, JUSTICEEE, dom dolla. It sucks there's not as much hype to some extent but I saved up a lot for this experience so Im not letting other peoples opinions affect my excitement. Also the NEW STAGES???!! I feel like its gonna be a great time seeing where they wanna take this music festival in the coming years. I think the Quasar stage is bringing that excitement of something new. Even though the line up may be mid to some people its all about the experience and what you make of it. If we gotta spend hella money might as well enjoy the most we can. (coming from broke college student who pays for everything myself)

I hope Doja Cat pulls out a Frank Ocean on weekend 1 so that Coachella would have Shakira replace Doja Cat as a headliner for weekend 2
