Great point suggesting the removal of battery before folding or lifting. This makes sense and gets overlooked too often in these reviews. I have a Fiido L2 & L3 with 20Ah and 23Ah removable batteries. I always pull them before folding or loading.
you’re a brave man, not having any mirrors on that bike. Especially being on the road that you’re on. I would be especially nervous without having mirrors, and having constantly to look over my shoulder. That was a great trip and an awesome bridge!
2 things I didn't hear you mention much about. 1.) How was the suspension across all the mild to larger road cracks and 2.) how comfortable is the overall rideability in the sharper turns (bike balance/turn radius)
If you like covered bridges, you really need to visit Knights Ferry. The Knights Ferry Covered Bridge over the Stanislaus River is over 140 feet longer. It's the second longest surviving covered bridge in the U.S. and the longest one west of the Mississippi. BTW, I have a recently purchased Wallke H9 60Ah bike with the 22Ah second battery and plan to ride down to the bridge soon. The bridge is only about 25 miles from home, but it's uphill all the way back. With 82Ah, it should easily make the trip - we'll see how it goes...
HAPPY 2024!!! I'll be 56 on the 7th, and live in NorthWest PA, 5 miles from the Ohio border, 20 miles from Erie and ride year round. (Yes, I ride in the snow and ice, that's what studded tires are for.🤣 Most of my commute is 3 miles or less with the occasional trip into Erie and back with two fairly long 2% and 5% grade hills along the way. I plan on ordering the dual battery version of this bike. Can I ride on the smaller battery for my shorter commutes and install the larger battery for the longer trips?
Range looks good , Full Suspension looks good , Price looks good , But the over all look not so much , I feel like Kermit the frog Is gonna poke his head up and say "The H6 is brought to you by the letter T" --- Fugly is a compound word for 'folding is ugly' --- Maybe someday a pair of these 40's can be Saddled bagged to something cool and curvy like the Revi Cheetah 😎
I would think 50 miles at 28-30 mph. I thought they had another battery to put in the frame tube to boost the ah to over 40 ah.. Hmm.. Must be another bike. Oh.. Ok, you mention the other battery later in the video. My bad! This bike was my 3rd option for a folding bike after the Amp Rides and the dual 750 watt hub folder from the Canadians.. Fabulous Havoc. Both available with dual suspension or step through hard tails.
@@Area13ebikes even when you start your video in the shop compared to all other TH-cam I have to turn my volume up another half way just to hear you. But if you have a mic I’m not sure of the problem.
That ebike is 100 lbs, (awd is pushing 132lbs) its heavy and riding fast/hills with that weight will use the battery pretty quick but 40ah is really good, so many ebikes with 12-18 ah batteries.
since the WALLKE h6 max 48v 40 ah is not a Samsung battery will it have to be replaced after like a year? I’m just asking cause I’m trying to see how much a replacement will cost but I can’t even find one to see what the cost would be. Not even on the WALLKE website. They only have the Samsung battery. Amazon Canada has the WALLKE h6 max for 1699 cad + 300 shipping scared to buy it and 1 year later battery dies.
@Area 13 Just one question about the Insta360 motorcycle mount.... IS IT ALL METAL, or plastic? Reason I ask, I've had a similar product for the standard Insta360 selfie stick, and needed to "crank in down" for it to hold, and the threads stripped.
Feels like the range is way overestimated on this bike from the OEM. Can those with this bike chime in on the type of range their getting with just pure throttle, please? Deciding between this and the Aniioki A8 max. Thanks.
@@justinlyons5159 Not yet. Just doing a lot looking around. May just splurge and go for the Ariel Rider Grizzly. Different class of bike. Probably not as rangey as these 2 but definitely faster/more powerful. Also solves the upgrade itch.

Beware of proprietary battery design that might make future replacements or repairs impossible. This may or may not be proprietary.
