I know, I have been suffering a staph diarrhoea situation myself. Vomiting only lasted part of the first day. To be safe I visited my doctor and got a stool specimen checked out. I have a staph infection. My diarrhoea and gut pain is now in its fourth day, it has been a bother to have to run to the toilet so often. Hopefully it shall be the final day, or I shall worry. I really don't want to go to hospital for a simple staphylococcal infection! I am a 17yo male, I am too young for complications! uh... RIGHT?

I am on this topic on YT as well... because I have been diagnosed after three days of these symptoms. I sort of have known it, but I wanted to make certain. as the vomiting lasted only twice though reaching and explosive, the diarrhoea and gut pain are still present. Sometimes the diarrhoea is urgent. (My first attack from diarrhoea happened near a beach, a well populated tourist destination, and I wound up as it had been a warm and nice summer day, shorts. Unexpectedly and forcefully, My stools shot out into my shorts, rolled down my legs and onto the footpath. The diarrhoea incident was bad enough, but the public embarrassment was far worse!)
I was sick for three days, with a friend of mine visiting from Germany, as he has been living in southern California for some months doing an assignment with Boeing, thus he knows the area where we were, and had taken me to their local hospital to get checked out. That is where my blood test was negative but my stool culture that I was ordered turned out positive for S. aureus. That confirmed my suspicion, see, I was correct! yeah, it was nasty!
