Greetings from USA! Algae on sea water means that bacteria is prevalent . Algae feeds on bacteria . Therefore some establishments in the area still discharge their sewage or kitchen waste on pipeline ti the sea . DENR and the government should investigate the cause of algae in Boracay waters. Stiff violation should be imposed to violators

Why is the water green. Is it algae growth….. Ok, I saw the explanation at 1:13 of this post. However, the city should have worn that the green algae can be toxic to human you human swan in it or eat shel fish exposed to it. Just ⚠️ warning.
